We have stayed with my couple over the last weekend. The stuff is super kind and the cleaning of the rooms and hotel is excellent. But the design of the hotel and rooms doesn’t match for what you pay. The breakfast is 5 stars btw.
We enjoyed the spacious room. It was clean with a unique style & patio. Note - no central AC in the rooms. They do provide a Fan. It may have been the time of year/weather conditions during our stay but we didn't feel that the lack of AC was a disadvantage. Our room rate included breakfast and dinner. Both were delicious and the restaurant staff was great to deal with. We appreciated the ease of dining on site. We booked the airport shuttle to & from the airport with the hotel. The vehicle was clean with air conditioning. The shuttle driver ran late on our return trip - he said it was due to the fact that no one filled up the van with gas. It caused it a lot of stress as we were 30 mins late to the airport. We would not recommend booking tours through the hotel as it is only a driver they hire with a van. Overall, we would recommend the hotel and would stay there again when visiting San Pedro. …
The stay was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but the hotel could use some upgrades. I would not recommend the restaurant and the internet was almost non-existent. The pool was freezing cold. However, other properties in town would probably have the same issues. The hotel was too expensive for what you get.
Good hotel: very friendly staff, good breakfast, good option of breakfast-to-go (lack of love on the sandwichs though), spectacular massages, clean and spacious rooms, good wifi, excelent location and very nice infrastructure. However, it seems that this hotel has seen better times (maybe before COVID): pool bar boarded and no personnel by the pool, no fire at the fireplace at the evening, music at restaurant and reception intermitent, the spa was cold and the steam bath not working, lack of care of the small gardens, few information available regarding history, cultur, geography, restaurants, attractions, sites schedules & tickets, etc.
I cannot put into words how fantastic of a place this is. For our honeymoon the front desk was able to give us an upgrade to the private suite as well as include flowers, food and a bottle of wine to surprise my wife. The kitchen staff was superb. As vegans we had concerns about food availability in the Atacama, but the Noi staff made sure to accommodate our every need. They prepared an entirely separate menu just for us- the food was delicious, fresh and vibrant. I can't express how happy and thankful we are to the entire staff of the kitchen. What an amazing experience. Francisco our tour guide went above and beyond. He had an amazing sense of humor and was extremely knowledgeable. He also came prepared with vegan food for our excursions! Every single aspect of the Noi Casa Atacama was an unforgettable experience and it was all due to the kindness and understanding of the staff. Thank you for one of the greatest trips of our lives, we are forever thankful and cannot wait to visit again in the future!…
Hotel as a summary is a disaster, ratio between price/quality is the worst. Plese do not visit ever this place. Parking lot for only 6 cars and the hotel has 48 rooms - absolutely non sense. My daughter eat 3 days in a row chiecking with pasta due to the chef was not operating. People kidness was the very best.
The hotel is located in a very good location, less than 5 minutes from the main street and also away from all the noise of people and bars in the center. It has a swimming pool, excellent for grilling in the afternoon especially in the extreme heat of summer, it has a delicious buffet breakfast and a very friendly staff always ready to answer any questions. The value is according to your service and category.
Lovely hotel situated just off the main street of San Pedro, a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the town itself with its many bars, restaurants and a whole host of travel agents! The hotel is set on a single floor with lots of chalet style accomodation. There is a pool, restaurant and bar inside and one by the pool. Breakfast is a lovely buffet, with lunch and dinner served in the same area. There is a real fire outside for those wishing to dine or drink al fresco. All in all a very pleasant hotel, I would suggest one of the better ones from what we have seen. One last point, Lockdown happened on our last day and the pool was closed as was the restaurant and massage area, staff donned face masks but all went well. Breakfast became , on request instead of self service. Staff did their best to keep us happy in these trying times and it worked ... thank you to a great team.…
After a long day out of doors, it was nice spot to relax and unwind. The staff was terrific and extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. My only complaint - without AC, the rooms get pretty warm during the day. We had to have the window open at night and the noise of the constantly barking dogs of San Pedro made sleeping a challenge some nights.
This hotel is an oasis in the middle of the desert. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the center of town. It’s unassuming from the outside but when you step inside it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are MASSIVE and have a great shower, a little outdoor area, and all the amenities you’ll need. The food is A+ (breakfast and dinner). Beyond that, the staff is absolutely incredible. Special shoutout to Carlos and Angelo who really made our stay extra special and helped us find restaurants to eat at and tours to take while we were there. Pool area has a little hot tub and a sauna/steam room. Not too many chairs but it was still great to have on the hot days. Hope to come back here one day!
