We enjoyed our stay in the family run hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window astonishing. Would recommend this hotel, even though the breakfast can be improved (more coffee, offer juice or water...).

We have made the reservation using another booking site and we have selected the smart offer that was cheapest. The offer was not having breakfast and we have been accommodated in the worst room of the hotel. They said that since was the cheapest we will not have the view (not a problem as we were planning on walking). We...

The hotel is located near downtown, with breathtaking views of Tzarevetz Fortress. The room where we stayed was great, has air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast included in the room price was basic but sufficient. Very good price-quality ratio. The only problem I could mention is the parking ... the hotel has no parking (there is only one place...

This hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the heart of the old town. It has spectacular views and we were able to sit on the balcony at night and watch the amazing light show at the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a cheap place, trying to be the best place possible, with meals and with a wonderful view for the castle. It's not far from the centre and this castle, so it's pretty good if you are not looking for extra confort or commodisms that you find in normal hotels. A bit noisy also if you expect sweet dreams. See...

Stay 6 nights HB base. Condition of booking.com is Credit card can be used, but when we had checked in old front lady said no credit machines in front, you have to pay by cash tomorrow. This is normal procedure in the world. Need some more fee to draw cash to credit card. Claiming booking.com to compensate this some more...

Great place to stay, very comfortable and very good value for money. Breakfast was lovely and also included. Some of the receptionist could work on their English skills as it was difficult to communicate with them. And the bottom of the shower in room 302 was cracked and leaking. I would love to come again!

Very nice hotel (our room offered a view on the citadel). The staff was very helpful and gave us indications on what to do during our stay (better advice than the tourist information center!). We took the half-board option and the menu was nice for 3 nights (it might have been redudant had we stayed longer though). Very good value...

Only a few disappointments i found - is so weak wifi signal in corner rooms as well as noisy air condition. Also view from the window depends of room you booked, corner room has bad view on air conditioner and the...
