Looks ok. Friendly staff. In center of stara zagora. Room is quite big but bit dark. Disadvantage was the smell of cigarettes in the room and lots of noice of water running somewhere at night. Breakfast was ok. I guess this is good to stay when in stara zagora
Staying in Stara Zagora town found and booked Boutique Hotel. Well situated in the center, walking distance to pedestrian street. New one , wide rooms , parking available, well furnished. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is still a new one, very stylish and fresh. It is situated in a very communicative area in the city, just a few hundred metres away from the city centre. Its best advantages are the cleanliness in the rooms and everywhere in the hotel parts actually and the quality(and quantity) of the breakfast being served there in the mornings. You can literally get an enormous amount of delicious meals, snacks, even soups and traditional for Bulgaria specialitetes. The staff is also wonderfully professional and friendly at the same time- a unique mix, which enhance the feel-good factor for the visiting customer. Also the rooms are not exactly arranged in the same way, but vary in style and interior colours and arrangement. The hotel is being visited by a lot of people, going to Stara Zagora for business or by persons sent there by its company while on a business trip. After all that mentioned above, I can wholeheartedly recommend this little jewel, called Best Boutique Hotel to anyone, regardless of the purpose of visiting the city. BBH- a great place to be in, enjoy it.…
Gorgeous room. Plenty of space. TV built into giant mirror. Very clean maid service every day. Bed very comfortable. They park your car for you and deliver when needed. Good location close to the centre. Breakfast room and resturant beautifully decorated with lovely atmosphere and plenty of choice to choose from. Excellent waiter/waitress service. Highly recommend this hotel. We were disappointed that the complimentary tea and coffee in the room was only available on the first day after which you then had to buy coffee sachet from the mini bar and even then the sugar and milk was not replaced. Room service was very good. We will be staying here again on our next visit.
We visited The hotel accidently for NY eve and were very delighted with our stay. An excelent hotel in The very center of the town. Extremly clean and spacious rooms, very modern and cozy furnished. Restaurant is a place that must try. Will visit again for sure.
Good service, large rooms, clean, free parking opposite the street. good location. nice breakfast. We spent 2 nights in this hotel and had a great time. Consider that Stara Zagora is not a big place so everything is in walking distance.
In every way it is a great hotel in the center of the Town. The street with all the shops and caffes is just one block away. Very clean hotel, helpful staff with adequate knowledge of the english language. There is a very good restaurant in the premises and also a spa and massage parlor. My stay there was wonderful.
This is a great hotel, looks slightly out of place as is nicely presented. Very clean, rooms were clean and furnished well. Quirky art around the building. Although we did not eat in the restaurant we did have breakfast each morning which had a great choice of Continental as well as hot food, fresh juices, good coffee and pancakes made to order! Great hotel.
Far from being the best, I took a shower with cold water, and had to call reception for it to be repaired. Late before sleeping I tried to lay the curtains to prevent the sun from coming in the morning and I realized there was a curtain missing. I was not to change room so late so I woke up as soon as the sun begin to shine. In the restaurant the waitress does not speak fluent English so many misunderstandings ended wrongly. I asked for TARAMA CAVIAR and asked if the eggs were small or big, she said SMALL but in fact it was like a Philadelphia Cheese, no eggs. She brought later some eggs because I rejected the dish. I also said I would see what to drink and asked for which brands of beer they had, before I decided I had an open beer in my table. I find It desgusting for waiters to desperately try to invoice drinks…
Stayed here two nights, three days. Conveniently located for walking around the town. Check in was quick, before check out they have your room checked to make sure u aren’t telling lies about your mini bar usage. It’s a bit awkward while u stand and wait. It’s the Eastern European culture as I experienced this also in Ukraine recently. Breakfast was ok. More Eastern European style as you would expect but still enough to find for a fussy western taste. Restaurant on 2 floor very good. Food and drink not expensive, good choice and really tasty. Rooms a bit small but very modern and well furnished. Lots of Mirrors everywhere, if you don’t like looking at yourself you won’t like this! Overall staff were friendly, prices very good, rooms very comfortable and location good.
