Hotel Bilyana Beach is in the town of Nessebar, on the eastern Bulgarian coastline overlooking the Black Sea. The hotel opens out onto a sandy beach and is a short walk from Nessebar's historic old town. The rooms and public areas of the hotel are modern and neutrally decorated, and you'll find plenty of spaces to relax. During your stay at Bilyana Beach, you can enjoy some pampering in the hotel's spa where you'll find a Turkish bath, a heated indoor pool and a sauna. You can also book a variety of treatments there. If you want to maintain your fitness regime, you can head over to the gym for a workout. There's an outdoor pool area where you can either sit and relax, or take a swim with views over the ocean. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and there's a mini market on site. The beach is steps away from the hotel and has shallow waters, making it safe for swimming. While you're there, you'll have the chance to join in with water sports organised by the hotel staff. Nessebar town centre is a short walk from the hotel, and the old town area has many shops and market stalls where you can pick up a souvenir. You can also wander to the harbour to try out the local seafood while enjoying the views of the old fishing boats. In the evenings, you can explore the local bars in the town that serve drinks late into the night.

Just back from a wonderful week at the Bilyana Beach Adults only Hotel. As other reviewers have said from the moment you arrive the service is excellent . The rooms are spacious with everything you need coffee machine, kettle, toiletries there is even a clothes airer on the balcony for towels and swim wear. Food was lovely the hot food was constantly monitored and kept at the correct temperature . There was wide choice of hot dishes and salads . Staff were on hand and constantly refilling the buffet .
We went towards the end of the season so there were more than enough sun beds on the beach . And the hotel supplied beach towels.
The hotel is well situated for a stroll to Nessebar (10-15 mins). Other bars restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. And if you fancy catching the local bus to explore further the bus stop is at the end of the road .
We had such a great holiday we are planning to return next year .

We are a family of six adults, having just had two weeks bliss in the Bilyana Beach Hotel, where to start......upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel porter helping with luggage, then a most refreshing non alcoholic drink, first of many great little touches this hotel offers, checked in quick and efficient off to our rooms, (having previously requesting rooms together) we were on the 4th floor side sea view facing old Nessebar (perfect for sunrise photos).perfect room great large comfortable bed with extra pillows if needed great modern tv with option of you tube ( handy for films), great powerful shower.....air codition in room free of charge and good condition along with free safe..all looking good, off to explore hotel .Having gone all inclusive had a few reservations regarding food and drink, but was not disapointed, yes food a little repetetive but plenty to choose from, a big shout out to the lady on the ommelette station perfection every time, on to the drink, Becks lager on draught, and the usual large free flow measures of local Bulgarian spirit, Great lobby bar for evening entertainment, fantastic snack bar round by the pool with pizza and hot dogs on the go,then the beach bar so full compliment wherever you went, fantastic indoor pool with a great spa set up, then of course the most important of all......THE STAFF, eveyone from the maid service to reception and bar/restaurant all staff friendly and polite with permenant smiles.
Also a few local restaurants and shops nearby, and if able to old neseebar is a gentle 15 minute stroll, definetly worth a visit.
keep up the great work at your fantastic hotel and we will see you all again
kind regards
Frank and Susan
Keith and Linda

I spend one week in this hotel and it was great time. Hotel is very nice, only adult 16 +, rooms are spacious, clean and furnished with new furniture, all rooms have balcony. We had a balcony with a view of Nesebar. Food was delicious, everyone can choose whatever want, 10 kind of fresh fruits, sweets and I love it. Because of corona time, hotel was full for 50 %, so it was the best, because the beach, the pool and everything was half empty. On the beach you have sunbed and umbrella free, and even on afternoon you can find free one. I can recommend this hotel and if it will be possible I will be so happy to come back again.

They say that it is a 4**** hotel but it is not.

We had a see view room which was indeed breathtaken. The room was big and the bed super big. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We had no slippers in the room or bathrobe.
We had all inclusive meals and the food was ok. Not fancy but ok. You could find something to eat.
The drinks are horrible and the coffe as well.

The beach is clean and we could find easily a sunchair.
On the beach is a beach bar but again the drinks are horrible.

The indoor pool is nice and the outdoor pool as well is enjoyable.

On in all I would say it is a 3*** hotel, not a 4**** one.
We paid 200€/night for all inclusive and we stayed 2 nights.
The parking is not included in the room price and it is 20 leva and is like 500 m from the hotel.

What I would definetly recommend is the view. It you want to stay at this hotel book a sea view room.

Response from Hotel Bilyana Beach, General Manager at Bilyana Beach Hotel
Responded Aug 17, 2022
Dear Adelina, thank you for sharing your experience during your stay with us. We’re usually known for our exceptional customer service and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations here. We offer slippers and bathrobes and pillow menu upon request and this information is to be found in our hotel directory in the TV menu or ther eception desk. The parking lot is not hotel property and we can not add it to the price , furthermore it is upon availabilty and we always do our best to reserve places for our guests before their arrival , so it is more convienient for the guests. We hope you visit us again , so we can change your opinion. Best regards

We were in a room with a front sea view. The view was amazing! The room was large and thoroughly cleaned every day. The food was delicious and varied. The beer and cocktails were nice. The staff was friendly and responsive. There were beach towels in the room that were changed every day. The minibar was free, which is rare. The beach is clean and free for hotel guests. There is a snack bar where you can get free snacks, fruit and drinks. There are not enough parking spaces in and around the hotel, but the hotel offers free parking about 1.5 km away, which can be reached by a pilot car provided by the hotel. I am looking forward to visit again in September!

Normally, I would rate 3 star, but I gave 2 stars because of staff and management.
1.The staff is deplorable, a disaster.
The waiters pushed each others and danced in a defiant mode at meals.
The receptionist tried to convince me I cannot pay with euros until I showed her the answer from booking "Yes, we are in EU", to discover after they can't make me a bill in euro. Only on leva.
2.Drinks.... Only cheapest drinks.
* I put this asterix because today was football final. England vs. Italy. Lounge bar, where is tv, after 11:00PM(house rule) you can't order anything.
Please... I was at market to buy a wine... Really?

Conclusions:
a.The room is big and nice. They have a performant AC, comfortable bed and a professional cleanning staff.
b.The attitude at bar/food area is deplorable.

Responded Jul 11, 2021
Dear Ionut , by law in Bulgaria you can not pay in euros. We are still not part of the Economic and Monetary Union and that is the reason we can not issue inovice in euro and can not make payments or accept payments in euros. We try our best to satisfy all our guests and to ease them by accepting euros. As for the lounge bar we are very sorry to hear that there was a bit of confusing situation , however the working hours of the bar is from 08:00 - 23:30 and the staff are very tired and can not work overtime. We apologize for the situation, however we honestly think this should not be a reason to change your opinion about our hotel or your stay with us. I hope we can change your mind about it. Regards,

Hotel spotless and well cared for . Staff attentive, very pleasant ( If seem distant it’s due to language barrier -our problem for not speaking Bulgarian) . Cats are a problem when outside the restaurant but both staff and guests feed them so they won’t leave. Don’t stay here if you don’t like animals when eating ( they don’t come inside ) . Tip the cleaning ladies and bar msn on arrival and you’re well looked after . The spa massage ( Thai) was incredible. Food , the head chef runs a tight ship! Very well presented and tastes great ( like any all inclusive gets very repetitive but went out a few times to the talisman restaurant 5 mins away - fabulous ) . Everything in walking distance to Nessebar (20min) -Robinsons great restaurant. This our 4th time and 1st at bilyana and would definitely stay again

Amazing view and service! Bilyana Beach Hotel is a real jewel of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The staff is extremely polite, responsive and ready to help at any time. The restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious dishes and the show kitchen is a unique experience where you can watch your food being prepared on the spot. The animators are great and offer a variety of entertainment for all guests. I highly recommend!
