Our stay was from 27.07 to 03.08.2021. When we got to the hotel we found out that the hotel’s parking is like 500m away. They will tell you it’s like 100-200m, but it’s not… it’s actually at about 500m and you have to pay cash, no card payment available, and it’s like a field with cars, on dirt… So we decided to park near the hotel and it was ok, until our car got towed so we had to pay 50 leva to get it back. The hotel is stated as a 18+ hotel, adults only, but it’s not… There were also kids from 8 to 16 years. At least there weren’t any babies or so… I’ll leave you with our pros and cons : PROs: - Big rooms, nice bathrooms - electric kettle and coffee machine in room - nice views - private beach - free beach sun beds - good food and good variation of food - some seafood (mussels and calamari) and sushi was served, but only for 1 dinner - the SPA which is GREAT ! CONs: - cleanliness - 6/10 - as the hotel maids just make your bed and change the towels, they don’t clean the room or bathroom and they don’t leave other bathroom amenities - we had to ask for soap and shower gels. They didn’t even take out the trash. - the beach is full of cigarette buds and they don’t clean the beach from day to day - they say the minibar is included and filled daily, ours was empty from the beginning to the end. So no minibar in room - all inclusive drinks are poor, beer felt stale, wines are awful, liquors are “meh”… - no beach bar, only pool bar …so get ready to walk for a beer and stand in line, as there is only one bartender - no music on the beach or pool, not even on low volume - no private parking near the hotel - very poor entertainment in the evening and practically no entertainment during the day, except for “aqua fit” and some yoga. Reading the past reviews we had great expectations, but we came to find that the reality is different. Talking to the staff, they said the hotel used to have better drinks and facilities/amenities, but something changed… too bad.…
We were in a room with a front sea view. The view was amazing! The room was large and thoroughly cleaned every day. The food was delicious and varied. The beer and cocktails were nice. The staff was friendly and responsive. There were beach towels in the room that were changed every day. The minibar was free, which is rare. The beach is clean and free for hotel guests. There is a snack bar where you can get free snacks, fruit and drinks. There are not enough parking spaces in and around the hotel, but the hotel offers free parking about 1.5 km away, which can be reached by a pilot car provided by the hotel. I am looking forward to visit again in September!
Normally, I would rate 3 star, but I gave 2 stars because of staff and management. 1.The staff is deplorable, a disaster. The waiters pushed each others and danced in a defiant mode at meals. The receptionist tried to convince me I cannot pay with euros until I showed her the answer from booking "Yes, we are in EU", to discover after they can't make me a bill in euro. Only on leva. 2.Drinks.... Only cheapest drinks. * I put this asterix because today was football final. England vs. Italy. Lounge bar, where is tv, after 11:00PM(house rule) you can't order anything. Please... I was at market to buy a wine... Really? Conclusions: a.The room is big and nice. They have a performant AC, comfortable bed and a professional cleanning staff. b.The attitude at bar/food area is deplorable.
I spend one week in this hotel and it was great time. Hotel is very nice, only adult 16 +, rooms are spacious, clean and furnished with new furniture, all rooms have balcony. We had a balcony with a view of Nesebar. Food was delicious, everyone can choose whatever want, 10 kind of fresh fruits, sweets and I love it. Because of corona time, hotel was full for 50 %, so it was the best, because the beach, the pool and everything was half empty. On the beach you have sunbed and umbrella free, and even on afternoon you can find free one. I can recommend this hotel and if it will be possible I will be so happy to come back again.
loverly hotel really enjoyed the staff were friendly exsptional Andrew the bar man in the beach bar who best made tequila sunrise the best ever better than the blue bar like to go back again had nice surprise on my birthday dish fruit birthday cake and champagne in bucket left in hotel room .the room was very spacious and clean the cleaners were very friendly and they kept the room spotless
So my husband and I arrived home yesterday. I had the most amazing week. There are no bad points. The food was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and always had fresh bottled water left. There are actually no bad points about this hotel. The animation girl was lovely and always smiling. I would definitely go again!
Just returned from twelve days here. Generally I’d say it was really well worth the money. The food is good but after a while it’s a little monotonous plus a little bland. The staff especially Michael in the pool bar and restaurant bar made it extra special plus his co worker in the restaurant bar too. The beach is great and kept clean by a machine in the evening which gets rid of lots of rubbish and cigarette ends etc. Most of the British guests have a similar experience from the ones we met but it really is worth a visit and you will be looked after. It’s clean, friendly, safe and in a good location for Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach if inclined. We took a water taxi from Old Nessebar to Sunny Beach which was around £5 each one way and well worth it. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others to try. Martin and Sue …
If you’re wanting a relaxing holiday this is the perfect hotel . Me and my boyfriend are 18 when we first arrived at the hotel we noticed there was nobody our age at the hotel it was full of elderly individuals however we became to realise this was because of how chill the hotel and surroundings were it’s perfect for older individuals . On arrival we were welcomed with a hot towel and mocktail ! Then shown to our spacious clean room what was absolutely beautiful. I’m a very fussy eater so I was very worried about the food after reading reviews on her stating it was catered to germans that is a lie , there is so many choices each day you’re spoiled I didn’t struggle with meal times at all ! Food and drinks were on tap nothing was ever too much to ask staff were absolutely amazing ! Breakfast is a buffet , lunch is a buffet then there is a pizza bar ! That serves pizza sandwiches, wraps , chicken , chips , water melon and ice cream to snack on throughout the day . Dinner is buffet style again with a different theme each evening . During the day the entertainment team kept me and my boyfriend busy playing darts and other games I won darts and bingo during my stay and got a bottle of bubbles . The beach is connected to the hotel so if you fancy a lounge round the pool but a dip in the see you can do both . Our Thomas cook rep was so helpful we bought tickets to the large water park Aqua Paridise what was my favorite day of the holiday . Me and my boyfriend spent 15 lev on the water park between us on food and drinks we couldn’t believe how cheap it was compared to other attractions in the U.K. if you want the party lifestyle on holiday there is no good bars around the hotel however sunny beach is a 15 min taxi away if you like cheap drinks , karaoke , clubs and British tat its the black pool of Bulgaria we had some fun there but were so glad we were coming back to Nesebar lol . Me and my boyfriend often walked down to the old town that was a 20 minute walk from the hotel the accident city is absolutely beautiful as has loads of things to do ! We had a lovely relaxing holiday at this hotel !…
Wowww.... Our stay at Bilyana Beach far exceeded our expectations. The brochure description is spot on. Staff were very friendly and helpful and food and drink both very good and plentiful, catering for many tastes and diets. Prices for out of inclusive hours were incredibly reasonable too. The room we stayed in had a great side view over the pool and the sea. Furnished to a high standard. The beach included free too use sunbeds and parasols, plenty for everyone too use. Would we go again, absolutely in fact as soon as I can start booking 2020 holidays at work we'll be down to Thomas Cook to book for August 2020 😎
Nice hotel, large spacious rooms. My wife and I have been to several all inclusive hotels in Europe and found it very strange that after 11pm you have to pay for drinks. Entertainment poor apart from one night it only lasts about 45mins then it's basically lights out so if it's entertainment you are after this is not the place for you. Food not the best either as they tend to cater more for German guests. Found most food to be cold and when my wife mentioned it to a member of staff they informed her to microwave it! Variety quite limited unless you like pork or fish then you don't have much choice. Wouldn't return to this hotel as we have been to far better for not much extra
