Hotel Bilyana Beach is in the town of Nessebar, on the eastern Bulgarian coastline overlooking the Black Sea. The hotel opens out onto a sandy beach and is a short walk from Nessebar's historic old town. The rooms and public areas of the hotel are modern and neutrally decorated, and you'll find plenty of spaces to relax. During your stay at Bilyana Beach, you can enjoy some pampering in the hotel's spa where you'll find a Turkish bath, a heated indoor pool and a sauna. You can also book a variety of treatments there. If you want to maintain your fitness regime, you can head over to the gym for a workout. There's an outdoor pool area where you can either sit and relax, or take a swim with views over the ocean. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and there's a mini market on site. The beach is steps away from the hotel and has shallow waters, making it safe for swimming. While you're there, you'll have the chance to join in with water sports organised by the hotel staff. Nessebar town centre is a short walk from the hotel, and the old town area has many shops and market stalls where you can pick up a souvenir. You can also wander to the harbour to try out the local seafood while enjoying the views of the old fishing boats. In the evenings, you can explore the local bars in the town that serve drinks late into the night.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. The room was a very good size, with lovely bathroom and large shower, which was cleaned every day. We even had towels for the beach and 2 x large bottles of water in our room on a daily basis. The only thing I will complain about is that the food is not hot enough, sometimes only luke warm. Fantastic beach which is right in front of the hotel and the umbrellas and sunbeds are all included in jet2's price. This hotel is adults only and all inclusive. I can't fault the hotel whatsoever, apart from the food temperature.

Inn very quiet because no children only from 16 years old.large room lots of clean storage ,the fridge contained drink and if missing a soda it was replaced, bottled water renewed. Small entertainment in the evening.the reproach I would say is that the food was not hot enough.the cocktails were delicious especially pina colada and sprits.Near Nessebar you can get on foot about half an hour. The sea was close to free deckchairs and always available.

A great 2 weeks at the Bilyana from 20th May, bit of a ropey start as weather wasn’t great (can’t be helped) and the hotel was only just opening. This meant food choice was limited for a few days and there was no entertainment. We felt that jet2 should have made guests aware when booking, especially those who came the week before us who definitely didn’t get to appreciate the hotel at its best. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, they have tea and coffee making facilities including a coffee machine, two bottles of water and soft drinks in the fridge. All these are replenished daily. There is also A/C and a safe, free of charge. WiFi is free and works ALL the time! Food and drinks were great, plenty of choice, especially as the days went by. All staff are friendly, polite and happy to help. The hotel management gives every opportunity for guest feedback and the inevitable niggles are dealt with immediately. The young girls on the animation team Eva and Katya work hard to include everyone in their activities, they are both lovely young girls but I doI feel their manager could help them more ! Outside entertainment is good but can get repetitive if you are here for longer than a week. All in all we would absolutely recommend this hotel, it’s ideally situated right on the beach with a lovely 15 walk into the stunning old town.

Just back from a wonderful week at the Bilyana Beach Adults only Hotel. As other reviewers have said from the moment you arrive the service is excellent . The rooms are spacious with everything you need coffee machine, kettle, toiletries there is even a clothes airer on the balcony for towels and swim wear. Food was lovely the hot food was constantly monitored and kept at the correct temperature . There was wide choice of hot dishes and salads . Staff were on hand and constantly refilling the buffet . We went towards the end of the season so there were more than enough sun beds on the beach . And the hotel supplied beach towels. The hotel is well situated for a stroll to Nessebar (10-15 mins). Other bars restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. And if you fancy catching the local bus to explore further the bus stop is at the end of the road . We had such a great holiday we are planning to return next year .

We are a family of six adults, having just had two weeks bliss in the Bilyana Beach Hotel, where to start......upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel porter helping with luggage, then a most refreshing non alcoholic drink, first of many great little touches this hotel offers, checked in quick and efficient off to our rooms, (having previously requesting rooms together) we were on the 4th floor side sea view facing old Nessebar (perfect for sunrise photos).perfect room great large comfortable bed with extra pillows if needed great modern tv with option of you tube ( handy for films), great powerful shower.....air codition in room free of charge and good condition along with free safe..all looking good, off to explore hotel .Having gone all inclusive had a few reservations regarding food and drink, but was not disapointed, yes food a little repetetive but plenty to choose from, a big shout out to the lady on the ommelette station perfection every time, on to the drink, Becks lager on draught, and the usual large free flow measures of local Bulgarian spirit, Great lobby bar for evening entertainment, fantastic snack bar round by the pool with pizza and hot dogs on the go,then the beach bar so full compliment wherever you went, fantastic indoor pool with a great spa set up, then of course the most important of all......THE STAFF, eveyone from the maid service to reception and bar/restaurant all staff friendly and polite with permenant smiles. Also a few local restaurants and shops nearby, and if able to old neseebar is a gentle 15 minute stroll, definetly worth a visit. keep up the great work at your fantastic hotel and we will see you all again kind regards Frank and Susan Keith and Linda Rob and Denise.

Lovely hotel, clean and well kempt. However because we were end of season we were made to feel exactly that. Certain drinks had run out not to be replaced, even Coke, Tia Maria, Baileys which were supposed to be available. The beach bar closed by the end of the week even though it was part of what should have been available as part of the package. The food was the same day in day out and what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for the evening meal. None of it was hot and the fish was extremely over cooked and then reheated. Have to say the salads were beautiful. There was no knowledge of food allergies or dietary requirements when the staff were asked and the manager was totally clueless. The restaurant needs a total rethink before the next season as it lets down an otherwise lovely hotel. There should also be the same services available from start to finish of the season as advertised. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back

We had a late arrival but were greeted with a lovely refreshing drink and very welcoming staff , the bell boy took our luggage up and we were on the 6th floor , in our room were 2 plates of food and bottled water which was very welcome..
I'm not going to put this into sections as I could not find fault with anything . Everything was fantastic, from the room , staff , food , entertainment, and even the local area .
Little touches were water , soft drinks, and beer replenished in your room daily, along with toiletries .
As long as you're prepared to participate, there is so much to do, After breakfast a swim in the pool , then water aerobics followed by a friendly game of darts , lunch by the pool , few hours topping our tans , 4 o'clock spar , a swim in the indoor pool before returning to our room to change for dinner , evening had some sort of entertainment mainly live music which was a nice way to end the day .
We spent a day looking around Sunny Beach, which only cost 2 lev , plenty of gift shops , restaurants, etc
I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff in the hotel , what an amazing job you all do and the hotel is a credit to you , but special thank-you to our daily house keeper GERI what a lovely lady she is , always happy and cheerful, also the animation young lady KATYA fantastic job keeping the oldies entertained during the day ( us included ) lol ....
All round fantastic week away

We stayed in the hotel for 1 week beginning of June. The weather was great around 30 -33 degrees most days. The hotel is situated right on the beach, you could not get any closer. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The Jet2 rep told us the beds and brolly's were not included and we needed to pay to use them, but you don't, the ones directly in front of the hotel are included. Nice pool with a few beds around. The Seagulls are a bit of a pain and this is no reflection on the hotel as they can't do anything about it, any mess left behind by them is quickly cleaned up and could be prevented further if people did not take food outside. The Pizza bar was ok, good pizza slices (huge), chips and chicken but cold most of the time. If you ask they will do you some fresh chips. Main restaurant is nice, a good choice at breakfast and lunch but we felt the evening choice was poor and again not the hottest. Having said this we always found something as the salad bar was great. Good service from both the pool and lobby bar. We had a sea view room and it was lovely, very spacious with plenty of storage space. bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice with a good size shower. Safe and mini fridge both free to use. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Excellent location if you like to go for a stroll, both the old and new town are around 15/20 minutes walk. Nessebar old town is gorgeous and worth a look around both during the day and on an evening. We also had a walk along to Sunny beach just under 3 mile following the mini train route. We did not have a problem with any of the staff they are all pleasant and hard working and keep the hotel immaculately clean. We had a late flight so kept the room on until 6pm, It's 10 Lev per hour and was so worth it. All in all a very nice holiday and we would stay in this Hotel again.

This hotel may be four star during high season but the standards drop dramatically at the end of season. As many people have commented the food was so boring, after a week of eating the same thing we ended up eating out which defeats the point of all inclusive! I was also careful what I ate after opening off butter and notifying staff and then seeing the butter was still there at the next dinner service, maybe they wanted to make people ill! The ice cream all vanished out of the freezer on day 2, the bar staff were rude and we were hinted at to go to bed at 12 o'clock by some one flashing the lights on and off in the lobby bar. The spa facilities were not on and the indoor pool was so cold you couldn't swim in it. We did manage to have a massage that was nice but apart from that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
