I will briefly give you the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: 1. on the beach with sea view and of Nessebar 2.large rooms with balconies 3. clean 4.has pool 5. staff tries hard to make people happy Cons: 1. Loud music blasting from the bar at times bothering the people resting by the pool/or in their rooms BUM BUM BUM- tacky electronic music:( 2. pool- supposedly heated but very cold- cannot warm up even after 20 minutes of swim 3. people around the pool smoke like chimneys so if you swim you will be breathing smoke which defies the purpose of exercise 4. Staff tries to be polite but greets you at 7 am with cigarettes in their mouths- you need designated area for staff to smoke, dear manager!!!!! 5. The balconies cannot be used since it is allowed to smoke there and neighbors gas you with smoke as early as 6 am, so the usage of a balcony is not possible! 6. There is bright control for air conditioner that shines like a sun at night in the rooms preventing you to sleep!!! 7. When there is entertainment in the restaurant , the whole building is blasted with music whether you are resting/sleeping so there is no peace until it is over. The clientele is above 40 , or people with children so people are there to relax, sleep , rest, not to be blasted by music making the whole building to shake from it. The entertainment is tacky- stop it or confine it only to the restaurant/bar. 8.Breakfast buffet is good; dinner set menu AWFUL. NEW CHEF is needed badly. 9. safe in the room is a joke- called a few times to fix it; the guy finally tried to change the batteries- I gave up and did not use it…
Located on the beach the hotel has excellent customer service the receptionist Vanya couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was clean and spacious there was family entertainment every night located in the heart of nesebar. With underground parking.
The location is perfect - at the beach. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and cheery. The food was good and the restaurant is very conveniently next to the pool. The food/drinks always arrived very quickly. The rooms were very comfy and they were cleaned every day. Most of the rooms have at least a partial sea view and one can fall asleep to the sound of waves.
Beautiful small hotel by the seaside with an amazing sea view and nice pool. It's my second time here and I recommend this place to those who seek some rest close to the old town. The hotel has a very pretty patio and its two steps from the beach. They also offer good breakfast, but for me the ours they serve it are too early. Still if you wake up at 7:30-8:00 am it's a nice experience to have the brekfast with the seaview. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a small bar serving drinks and coffee by the pool. It's a great place to enjoy the beauty of the Black sea as well as the view on Old Nessebar.
It is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are large and equipped with everything you need, the terrace is also very large and a wonderful view of the sea and the old town. Very friendly staff. I had half board accommodation. Very varied breakfast and at dinner we had the opportunity to choose from several dishes, to everyone's taste: salads or soups, appetizer, main course and dessert. There was an artistic program every night. Parking is charged extra, although it belongs to the hotel. Drinks are also paid extra. The hotel has a small swimming pool but right next to it is the beach. There is no part of the beach belonging to the hotel and sun loungers and parasols can be rented. The old town is a 15-20 minute walk away and in my opinion is one of the most beautiful cities in Bulgaria.…
Lovely hotel. Right on the beach. We were on 5th floor with a side sea view. But wow what a view ! Sat on our HUGE balcony watching the waves break gently on the shore and full view of old nessebar Town. Doesn't get much better. Room was huge with plenty of storage space. Plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. Cleaned every day. On room only but had excellent breakfast nearly every day for 15 lev. Each. Excellent value for money. 10 minute walk into Old Town of Nessebar which is breathtaking; so Beautiful. Staff good at hotel. Plenty of sunbeds and deck chairs and bean bags which was different. To sum up perfect location and superb holiday. I don't give 5 * lightly.
We stayed for 7 nights with half board. First room we got had a balcony shared with other rooms , separated by some metal bars which were a hazard for our 2 yr old son(he could go through). The reception lady was nice and gave us another room on the 4th floor. Positives: Breakfast was delicious. The location is nice, right on the beach although you need to pay for the umbrella on the sand it is free at the pool. Cleaning lady came every day. Negatives: In our initial offer we got a 10% discount on restaurant and massage. When we got there we were denied the discount with no reason. Other people who came 2days early got the discount. Kid playground floor is very dirty, thats a big health issue. Cold swiming pool and no umbrela over the kids pool. I would come again for the location and i would take only breakfast, the food in the restaurant is fine but nothing wow...…
There is nothing I don’t love about this hotel. Reception warm and friendly, room is spotless, bed is huge and comfortable, lots of hanging space, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, everything you need. Pool is nice, bean bags and sunloungers around the pool are comfortable and plentyful. Breakfast is varied and fresh. Had dinner here one night so far and was really nice. There is floor to ceiling windows in the restaurant looking out over the sea and old nessebar, it’s a beautiful setting. If I had one piece of feedback it would be to have breakfast open a little later.
10 stars for location. 10 stars for rooms. 10 stars for staff. 10 stars for everything. A dream location. Super qualified and friendly staff. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I had the room on the 1st floor room 113 overlooking the sea and the pool that takes your breath away. Very clean room, daily cleaning and attention to detail, including the balcony which is as big as a terrace. All the furniture is placed with a lot of good taste and simplicity. Next family vacation here. If you need advice or a problem with serving, call these 2 wonderful people with confidence, you will not regret it. Thanks to the staff at Aphrodita Hotel. I recommend this location, it's a shame I can't give 10 STARS. Bravo Bulgaria, thank you for this holiday.
Excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very clean, superb value and location. Very relaxing holiday. The pool temperature was spot on. I drove and car parking was convenient. Honestly I recommend a stay here, to me it's a hidden gem. Returning very soon
