The hotel is designed more for local tourists. mostly Bulgarians. location: third line. on the quiet street that runs parallel to the main road - Ivan Vazov. there are a couple of fastfoods, several cafes - beach, fish, traditional. several mini-markets. to the beach 300 meters, but the local beaches are narrow and crowded in season. to the South beach (Южен пляж) of Nessebar ~ 20 minutes walk. to the Old Town - 30 minutes. there is a city bus (rarely) and a taxi. price for a taxi from the Old Town ~ 20 levs. breakfast: good. of course, every day the same, but a lot and delicious. the hotel also offers dinner, but we did not take it. there is the hotel bar. room: the area is normal. there is a small balcony. the beds are comfortable. of the minuses - very narrow uncomfortable wardrobe. the bathroom is large but uncomfortable too. there is no fence near the shower, so it is easy to water the whole bathroom. the hotel has a swimming pool. it feels like most Bulgarian guests do not go to sea, but rest near the pool. cleaning: for a week 1 time was offered on their own initiative, then you need to ask or remind yourself. it's weird. even, garbage is not taken out and towels are not changed. wi-fi: in the room on the fourth floor almost did not work, appeared periodically. near the reception it worked better. maintenance and design - all in good condition, fairly new, no complaints. reception a bit "on its own wave". we had no special requests, so there is nothing to say. value for money not in favor of the hotel, in Nessebar there are the best offers, this hotel was chosen due to lack of time and lack of offers when buying a tour.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Though you might want to be there around 9.00 a.m. to reserve a sunbed. Breakfast and dinner are fine. The buffet has a very limited selection, and for dinner there is only fruit for dessert. The bedroom and bathroom floors are cleaned every day, but the bathroom is not cleaned well enough. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom; some days the cleaning lady used air freshener to disguise the smell. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom floor is flooded. There was a gap between the shower cabinet wall and the floor. I figured this was made intentionally to make water from a possible leakage or flooding from the toilet run into the shower cabinet, where the only drain is. The toilet was clogged once during our stay. These issues are the reason why I cannot give the hotel a better score.

Towels were not changed during stay, no shower by the pool, noisy airconditioner, old fashioned furnitures, friendly staff, clean seawater, good dinner. Nessebar was in walkdistance and absolutely worth of visiting. Wouldn’t go back.

Very nice hotel. Lovely pool. Nice restaurant to drink...not very good food. Large rooms with balconies. Could do with flat TVs,we are in 21st century,but... its ok if you have a car. Overall is 5 of 10. Lovely staff, though. Anyway it was good.
