Visited as a family of four with children aged 10 and 12. We caught the free bus outside our hotel easily enough, only 6 of us on board when we arrived at the park at around 11am. No queues to enter and got through the security check quickly. Only bottled water is allowed into the park. We were greeted by friendly staff on entry who explained everything to us how to load money onto our wristbands, how to get a locker etc which was really good. The park has plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Very clean, all the staff we encountered were nice. Most of the queues were fairly short and we never really struggled to get the required rings for any of the rides. We enjoyed the lazy river although at times it was a bit too lazy! You can venture into the rapids if you like which was fun for us but could be a bit too rough for younger kids. Plenty of slides to keep us entertained for the day. We felt safe leaving the children to watch whilst us adults went on the bigger slides. We enjoyed our lunch, we all had a doner wrap which consisted of meat, chips a choice of salad and yoghurt sauce. 9 Lev with a soft drink and 10 Lev with a beer which was quite good value. We loaded up with 60 Lev in total which got us our meal deals, a locker and 2 beers. On exit we had 7 Lev returned to us. Photographers around the park were great you could buy photos near the exit for 5 Lev.

I'll start from the beginning, first impressions were very good , very quick check in with welcome packs and very friendly staff . First impressions of hotel was spotless clean , well sign posted, all good. We got a 2 bed family room , it was huge . 2 bathrooms (life saver with teenagers). Beds were very very comfy , rooms were nicely decorated very clean , free safe and TV in your room gives you all the details on amenities and activities in hotel every day , also gives weather updates and flight updates and information on Nessebar a d attractions . There is bars / snacks bars through out the hotel with no shortage of food or drink or ice creams daily (it's proper all inclusive). There is 2 outdoor pools and indoor pool a bowling alley, arcade and pool tables /table tennis tables . Karaoke bar is open until 2am great for a late drink . Animation staff work very night , we didn't use the kids clubs but joined the odd activity in the pool and my younger children enjoyed the night time activities. Mainly outside but if the weather is bad moves inside to a nice room with plenty of chairs . Never struggle for a sunbed or que for drinks /food they are plentiful. The hotel is huge, it's clean and spacious and the staff are very very nice and helpful. It's also very very safe. Food we struggled a little we are very plain eaters and some nights it just wasn't to our taste however we did book into the Italian and that was delishes . Water park is amazing and you are all inclusive in it also unfortunately it closed for 2 days when we were there as bad weather was forecasting. This would have been fine if bad weather came but it didn't . They need to sort this out they need to come to some sort of arrangements that they can open for hotel guests if weather changes during the day . It's not fair . That said the staff were very accommodating and nice about it and did compensate for it in other ways . There is also loads to do in the hotel so not the end of the world. Ravda is the nearest town and you can walk in 10 mins, new nessebar also within walking distance about 25 mins. Old nessebar is €12.50 in a taxi but worth going to absolutely beautiful. Bottom line we had very few complaints, the main one being the water park closing . We would definitely return and just hop they have sorted these issues before then .

This would be a 5 star review but were let down by TUI company not staff. 24 hour delay going out and 2 hour delay in middle of night coming back. I understand a technical difficulty with the aircraft is unplanned but then told they couldn't put us up in hotels because there was none due to the Commonwealth games was a lie. On our 2 hour drive home in the middle of the night a quick scan of local hotels were found to be lots available just expensive. Not great being blatantly lied to!
After finally getting there at 1am I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a late night buffet for late arriving guests.
Rooms are modern, clean, comfy with good beds and air con.
Staff were all helpful, friendly and work hard. Entertainment team work hard all day with activities and are really happy and energetic. The evening entertainment was usually a musical theme and a decent standard with a kids club and bingo before.
Buffet food was to a decent standard, probably the best I have been to at an all inclusive hotel, never running out and enough choice to not let it become boring after a week or deal with fussy kids. Again staff working really hard to make it a pleasurable dining experience. You get 2 trips to either Italian or Baltic restaurants on the complex, we chose Italian due to kids and had a really nice meal there.
Main pool is a chlorine pool with a snacks and drinks bar. This is where the entertainment takes place ie water polo etc. The other quieter pool is a salty pool same as kids pool but not too salty and also has a bar with pancakes/pizza snacks. Like most places there are not enough sun loungers. Getting down after 8:30 normally means not getting one. Also some selfish people as always putting there towels down early and not even turning up till late afternoon.
Water park is really good but in August obviously busy with long ques for most popular rides. All inclusive snacks and drinks included there too.
I did walk the 10 mins to the beach area as our visa cards didn't work at the hotel exchange so I went to an ATM. The beach looks OK with restaurants along the beach but we were happy by the pool.
With regards to nationalities it was a real mix of Bulgarians, Brits, Dutch, Germans, Polish, Czech so not a dominating nation so most of entertainment is English based. Such a nice change to other hotels for example Egypt hotel we have been to where it was majority Russian who we found arrogant and rude.
There is bowling, pool, table tennis, darts and spa treatments all reasonable prices.
Overall a very nice week. You could pick holes such as Wi-Fi, the beer being a bit week, sun loungers, water park ques but that didn't detract from a lovely week.

We have two separate pool areas by the two additional buildings, one is for leisure and relaxation and the other one offers entertainment activities provided by our lovely 'Purple People' who give it 110% and are always ready to go an extra mile for an extra smile. This way everyone can find something they like. Among the many amenities our resort offers, one of our most pristine ones is our Aquapark, which is a source for both adrenaline and adventure, but also is a great place to find some quiet time. Our chefs at the restaurants work tirelessly in order to come up with new, inventive and delicious meals on a daily basis, so even the most finicky of eaters can find something they like for their culinary preference. Me and my partner have just come back from a week in this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were placed in the B building in a one bed apartment room which is near the secondary pool but I would recommend this as it was more peaceful and the view from the balcony’s are over looking the pool. The room itself was very nice, air conditioning worked very well, beds were comfy, 2 TVs which did have some English channels if you changed language on remote and the balcony was very large so was nice to sit out in. There are 4 pools which are split into 2 a bit for kids and then older children/adults . Lots of sun beds available anytime of the day. There is lots to do pool tables, arcade, bowling and tennis as well as gym and spa facilities although I believe these were a little overpriced. There was entertainment in the amphitheatre each night with a different act which was very good and I believe they had kids entertainment in the day too. The staff were always friendly. There was a big variety of drinks to try at the bars inside and the pool bars had coffee beer and cheap fizzy drinks (no Coca-Cola) as well as snacks (pizza, burgers and hot dogs and chips). Now for the food in the buffet restaurant, I have to say I’m not the fussiest of people but found it very hard to find things that were nice or even hot. It was very repetitive and a lot of Pork and meats in different sauces which were bland and some of the sides were over cooked or tasteless there is a variety of salads and other bits but it wasn’t the best and didn’t really look forward to dinner anytime I was there. There are two restaurants you can make reservations for 3-4 times a week, I recommend the fusion restaurant for nicer quality for breakfast and dinner, the Italian restaurant was good for pizza but not a lot else. The water park was good and not too packed and you can also get a range of food there free with your all inclusive or use the other food places in there when paying which were nice. It was a quick walk to the beach and lots of different places to eat, with a few shops but was a nice walk. We went to dinner once in nessebar centre but didn’t really explore much there. The taxis are outside and minimum is 20 lev which is about £8-£9. Overall I did enjoy my stay but the food just let it down.

This is a great hotel, its immaculate and worthwhile of its 4 stars for sure. When we arrived we were greeted by Radina on reception with her perfect English and we were sent to lunch immediately as it was closing in 20 mins and they didn't want us to miss it. A great selection of food with a themed night every night. Along with every selection you could think of. Breakfast was amazing pancakes 🥞 and chocolate sauce , bacon and eggs, cereal you name it , they had it. Gluten free too. The rooms were immaculate, being cleaned every day. The curtains were black out and the balcony door and windows were very well sound proofed. We had to ask for the coffee sachets to be replaced in the room each day as they didn't do that as a matter of course. I recommend the cappuccino at the snack bar large cup and two shots . Very good Tui jeep trip to the Balkan mountains was amazing, quad bikes, archery and air rifle shooting , a very tasty lunch at "Titus" and great service . And the 5 lev per person return shuttle bus to old Nessebar was easy to navigate leaving at 10, 12, 2pm and 4pm each day. A great time had by my family of four 2 adults and 18 years old and 16 years old. 10 days of sunshine 🌞

This is a stunning hotel. The staff all work very hard. This hotel is constantly cleaned and staff are friendly. The entertainment team work round the clock and go out of their way.
The hotel is adjoined to aqua park water park. As a guest you get a wrist watch which allows you free access to the aqua park during your stay. We got out of the hotel pool walked jn just our swim round to the back and straight in to the park and on a slide. No worrying about bags or getting changed.
The hotel is approx 10 to 15 mins walk to the beach,a short taxi to sunny Beach and 10 mins drive to Old Town.
The hotel itself is modern and has lots of facilities including bowling, arcades, spa, pools and multiple restaurants.
We used the main pool during our stay. Sitting in the middle next to the bar I could see the 0.80 depth pool for my youngest and the 1.5m pool for my 9nyear old. The deeper pool is 50m along the dark blue line. Neither pool was over full. Always plenty of space and the hotel was at 100mpc capacity during our stay.
The bar served various soft drinks, cocktails and coffee etc. It also had self serve snacks which were to a good quality. They were also regularly changed and checked which made a welcome change to the part warm snack bars we have previously seen. Snacks included cucumber and feta pots, fruit pots, chios, hot dog or burger in chunky buns and more.
There was various activities games including pool yoga, water polo, darks and drunk jenga. Lots of music and dancing too.
The main restaurant had a wide selections of food. Not the best selection we have experienced, but certainly had enough choice for us. They also were the first to have English style sausage and bacon.
Currency exchange, taxi and shop on site. 15 mins from airport.
We didn't experience too much of the evening entertainment as our boys worn themselves out.
We had a very late checkout. We could not extend out room, however we could store our bags, continue to access the all inclusive services and use the spa to shower.
A lovely hotel. We would consider returning.

Aqua Paradise Resort was located at an advantageous position, because the surrounding area is quiet, yet it is not far away from any of the neighboring towns. The exterior and interior of the resort were constructed with lots of taste with the intention of providing all our guests with fashionable and modern atmosphere to spend their holiday at. The chefs work very hard to ensure that all of the food coming out of the kitchen is of the highest quality and variety so even the fussiest of eaters can find something they like. We discovered last year this resort and we love it very much. Last summer we came 2 times due to the excelent conditions. This year was again a best choise for my family. Clean is 10+ Food is 10+ services 10+ just to mention the playgroung for kids with many daily activities and the free parking space for all the guests. AQUAPARK A BIG PLUS. All is excelent here!!

It was love from first sight! The location is amazing. The accommodation was first class, the room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a huge variety of delicious food and drinks, there were even theme nights, covering native bulgarian food and food from all around the world, the waiters were very polite. The pool, with its clean water, was a great alternative option when the weather was bad and there were big waves in the sea. The water park was brilliant! We had so much fun. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely visit it again.

We visited the hotel 14 years ago and had a wonderful family holiday. So we decided to try again. To our amazement it had been given a make over and expanded outside, the aqua park had doubled in size it was amazing. We arrived on an early flight got checked in very quickly and were told there were snacks available for us, ideal as we had small children with us. Our room was ideal for a family big double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed two bathrooms with showers (brilliant). Fridge with bottled water and a balcony over looking one of the pools. Food was ok plenty of choices from meats, fish, pastas. Snacks available by the pool, inside bar and ice cream. No queues for the rides in the aqua park so kids were happy off one and straight on to another, better choice of snacks hot dogs, burgers, chips, nuggets only down fall longer queues for food than the rides. The hotel is clean, the cleaners work phenomenally hard everyday, the floors in the hotel are cleaned hourly fantastic cleanliness. The bar staff are friendly and helpful can’t do enough for you. There is a shuttle bus available from the hotel it’s 5 lev it runs from 10am then every two hours until 4 pm it’s a free return so well worth going but early. My children were gutted to come home they keep nagging for the next holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return.

Very cool! Clean, spacious rooms, varied and tasty food, prompt and caring staff, outdoor pools and a big plus "Aqua Park". Beach towels can be taken on the basis of cards, daily, clean. I recommend with confidence!

I think Jack Daniel's and those alcohols of with well known brand names will not be included in the fee but gins or whisky etc and All soft drinks are included. I dont know how much will be the rat I to sunny beach, you should ask the hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Nessebar area.
