After reading some of the reviews on here, I'm wondering if we actually stayed in the same hotel. We have just returned from a weeks skiing and had a fabulous time. We arrived late and were met with friendly staff, easy check in and a tasty cheese and ham baguette, as we'd missed dinner. Reception area is lovely, very modern,...

Went as a party of 14. Stayed half-board as a package through Neilsons. Busy hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms clean and beds comfortable but no coffee making facilities, although there was a hob and pan in our room for this. Bring your own coffee and tea bags. Beds made up every day. Good choice of food in restaurant area,...

Stayed Feb half term with husband and 2 kids. Hotel is the best looking in the area and very central to the slopes etc. The hotel is literally at the bottom of the slope as is the ski hire centre. The room was very average for a family of 4 - 2 twin beds pushed together and bunk beds for...

I was persuaded to go skiing with my husband for the first time and he chose the hotel and booked everything. After reading other reviews about the hotel, i was quite dubious and worried about what we would find. We booked through Chrystal Ski and all arrival and transfer arrangements were excellent. The hotel looks the part in the centre...

We loved staying here. The hotel is huge but facilities are excellent - very good dining rooms, always plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner, polite and efficient staff. Nice bar area. Fantastic swimming pool and spa, with gym etc. Really great for non-skiing partners or anyone who's spent a day on the slopes. Great location, right at the bottom...

Just finishing our week at the Rila, as you can see the WiFi works!. Hotel has good facilities. Communal areas are all recently modernised and plush. Restaurants are well equipped, downstairs has a wider choice than upstairs which is smaller. We found the selection of food on offer was great, yes it's a little repetitive but plentiful and tasty. Bulgarian...

Everything about this hotel is excellent for the skiers, regardless of the fact if you are traveling with kids, as a couple or with friends. There is something for everybody. The place is big but runs like a good machine. You can leave your car in a garage, and enjoy the hotel facilities including restaurants, bar, lobby, pool&spa ... all...
