Had a lovely stay at Radina’s way hotel. Room was fine. Food was fine, the children loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Also splashing around in the smaller pool – perfect for the children. Shuttle service to the slopes was fine. Staff at the hotel were all nice and thoughtful. Wifi connection all round. We felt relaxed and would definitely go back. Went skiing mostly in the afternoon up at the 2000m gondola. Found that after lunch/2pm ish with lower sun that the snow started to re-freeze and, for mid-March, was lovely to ski. Got our ski equipment from Traventuria – good kit and again nice people.

Just came back from a stay at Radina’s way hotel, when we first arrived we were given a twin room even though we had booked a double- they were kind enough to put a double mattress on the bed so that this was resolved. The spa is quite small, and does get very busy so I wouldn’t recommend going at peak times. The hotel is a little further than the slopes compared to where the bars/restaurants are but they do have an hourly free ‘shuttle’ which is only 5 minutes driving which is good and the driver is lovely, however definitely too small, the shuttle is a size of a normal car. Furthermore, I had read a few reviews before coming to this hotel regarding the free shuttle at hotel Lion(5 minute walk from Radina)and how others had gotten it to the slopes as it comes every 15 minutes and seats around 20 which is very good. However when we did this, the driver of the vehicle was very aggressively shouting to us in Bulgarian and we had no clue what was going on. We tried to just ignore and go round him and he wouldn’t let us pass, he ended up getting out money and demanding we pay him 10lev because we are not a guest at the hotel. We ended up having to resolve the problem inside hotel lion as he was going to call the police. We were totally taken back by this experience couldn’t understand why we treated in this way, we should have been told politely not to take this minibus- so for any future people going, don’t listen to the reviews- it’s not a good idea to take the shuttle bus from hotel lion- just get a taxi they are only 10lev. Overall I don’t think we would stay at this hotel again.

Dear savs_davis, Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We are apologize for the bad experience with the shuttle service. It was not a good idea to take another minibus and we can not take any responsibility about other hotel's policy, staff and attitude. You should ask on reception for any inconvenience with our shuttle service or to ask for bigger bus instead next time. Best regards

We spent 7 days in Radina's Way hotel and we are very satisfied. Hotel is placed in nice, quiet, green area, 2km away from gondola station. Of course, they offer free shuttle bus during ski time and we had no complaints with transport. Hotel is nicely designed, lobby is great space to spend time with friends and kids, rooms spacy (we were in tripple but we heard the same from other guests). SPA area is not big but quite good space for relaxation. Unfortunately they don't offer towels and bathrobes service (use the one in room all the time during stay). Food is also very good and no complaints regarding internet connectivity as well. Personnel very nice, proffesional, some people in restaurant could practice some smiling but still they do the job. Hotel has parking area, free of charge. And at the end, price that we payed was really good for 4 stars hotel so all complaints that I mentioned are really minor compared with overall quality/price ratio. My rating would be 8.5 out of 10 and I would definetely come back again.

We stayed here when we wanted a cheap ski holiday. We knew we had compromised on locality but the shuttle bus (5min) was good. We have to compliment the hotel on its cleanliness and facilities.it was immaculate. Rooms very nice and warm. Shame.no bath to soak aching.limbs but the pools and sauna, steam.room and heated relaxation beds were much used and welcome.. The only negative really is the evening food. For.this reason I recommend you opt for the bed and breakfast option. The quality of.food.was.poor but The worst part was that it was all.cold. We didn't eat one hot item. I'm surprised we were not poorly as the food temp was barely tepid and wouldn't meet any minimum temperature regulations!! Such a shame as I can't fault anything else. In just hope they take this on board as its got potential to be one of.the best hotels in the resort... we have stayed at a few!.

Location is a bit out of town, but the hotel runs a shuttle bus and that worked for us. Spa/pool area was lovely after a day out skiing. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet style breakfast and dinner had a good selection and was better than I'd expected with enough variety and changes of dinner dishes that we didn't get bored over the week. There was something to suit both children and adults. Drink prices were reasonable. Staff were helpful.
