I’ve just stayed at the Radinas Way for a long weekend with friends. We had a really good stay, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We were on half bird basis which was excellent value. The buffet breakfast was great with yoghurt, fruit, fresh bread, bacon, eggs (scrambled or fried) amongst other things. They played pretty lively house music at breakfast which was ok but could imagine some might not like it. Dinner was also buffet and we had a good salad with choice of pork or chicken with rice or fries and some limited vegetable option. It was tasty and we enjoyed it. For variety we did go out for dinner in town for two out of four nights even though we paid half board. Bulgaria is good value for money when eating out so this didn’t break the bank. It was good to have the choice. The swimming pool and sauna, steam room, spa and gym were all excellent and really enjoyable after a day of skiing. In the room was a good quality robe that you can wear to the health suite. The bar was comfortable with fire and TVs. There was also a games room with table tennis (small charge to rent the ball and bats). Rooms were excellent with only one small issue - the heat is not easy to control and as with most Bulgarian places the temperature was on max. We opened the windows at night to cool it down and closed the bathroom door which had underfloor heating cranked to the max. After that the rooms were a comfortable temperature. Transfer to ski slopes was punctual and we got a space easily, however it was end of season and quiet. Taxi to the slopes is 15 lev so not outrageous if you want to travel outside of the free shuttle times. I would recommend this hotel, we really had a great time!

We visited the hotel for the first time as a family of 3 and with another family of friends. With regards to our experience I have nothing but praise about every aspect of the hotel. It is very clean, well laid out and the standard and friendly service is first class. I can only speak as I find but all staff were so friendly and welcoming towards us and helpful - particularly when British Airways cancelled our flight home at about 10 hours notice!! I am always terrible at remembering people's names but Mahmood (I hope that is spelt correctly) running the restaurant and bar, along with his hard working and dedicated staff was absolutely first class - so nice and friendly at all times. Grigor at reception was absolutely magnificent and so helpful to us after our flight was cancelled. The young lady at reception who's name sadly I can't remember ( I know it begins with A)was also great at helping us on our last day. We thought the food and the choices were excellent, matching as good as we have had in our previous visits to Borovets and the swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa room with hot beds, sauna and steam room was so good. I have to say the value for money at the hotel is incredible. The only downside is that it is slightly out of town, however, it does provide a regular shuttle bus and on a nice day it is a lovely 15 minutes walk into town (without ski gear on that is). All in all a first class experience and we would be very happy to return. Radina's Way ticks all the boxes and that is a great credit to the excellent staff.

After reading some recent reviews we didn't know what to expect from this hotel. However, we had a very good experience, and the hotel offers a good value for money. Location: about 5 minutes drive from the ski slopes, in a pine forest. The hotel offers a shuttle, but we rented a car and drove to the slopes every day. Food: Not so many choices, but the food was fresh, and we could always find something we fancied. The desserts were very good as well. Staff: was very friendly and accommodating. Pool and sauna: this was a nice area to relax after skiing. Room: decent, furniture maybe needs a bit of updating. Overall, we had a good experience and would certainly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is rather a 2 star. The food is awful, both dinner and breakfast, they recycle old food in soups, it is by far the worst food I’ve ever had. The rooms are dated, old cheap furniture, minibar empty, not enough toilet paper, old rugs. We stayed more than 16 h without a toilet as it broke up one evening and they fixed it the second day, accusing me of the damage, they did not changed the room even if we were with 2 small kids more as a punishment ( half of the hotel was empty) . There is no bartender, they’re always outside smoking. The reception can’t help with anything and are very rude, the minibus is an old reconverted van, the kids room is a cold place with some old toys and a few tables. The heatimg is done only by AC, which works only on max heat or no heat, the air is very dry and unpleasent becouse of that. The restaurant is in a basement and the temperature in the room is 30 C. There are zero activites to be done outside during the winter, there’s no place to stay or play with the kids, they have a yard but the snow was 1,5 m there, they never make paths, same with the parking which is on the side of the road and full of snow. The TV has 5 working channels only in bulgarian.

We stay 5 nights, 6 days in this hotel: we are very satisfied about all in this hotel: the kind and polite people, the large room, pleasant atmosphere, tasteful interior finishes, good food, nice and free pool, Spa and sauna. Also they have a shuttle that transport you for free to and from the ski slope. The location of the hotel is nearby the forest, silent street, very paceful and quiet. And the price was also very attractive. Many thanks! We want to come back next year!

I was there for four night with my family. We tried skiing for the first time. My family is so impressed by this amazing hotel! We accidentally found it after long browsing. This is the best price that we found and the value was much more than we paid for! The hotel base is new. SPA center is very luxurious with water pool of 29 degrees Celsius. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and fresh every time with a variety of dishes. Staff was very, very kind. Everything was perfect! 💙 Keep up the good work!

Not bad. Nice pool, sauna & steam room, but food not great. Some staff a bit grumpy, but not too bad. Asked for massage. They said they were full that day, but would phone through appointments the next day, but they didn't.

+Hotel & Room was very clean + Service was good +Hotel had a good transfer service and a free shuttle bus to town centre - Food had a lot of room for improvement with food sometimes being cold or barley warm when in the self service areas. Some small improvements regarding the food would go a long way.

We were there in February 2020 and it was pleasant staying. Staff are really friendly, rooms are spacious and food was delicious. It is not close to ski center but you have shuttle bus every half hour so it is something that makes it more intimate. The only objection is slightly dark room, but I suppose that others are lighter.

We stayed in Radina's way hotel in March 2020. The hotel is stunning! The location offers you a great view of the forest, fresh air and the hotel is close to restaurants and near the ski slopes. The staff on reception was very polite and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. We truly enjoyed the SPA facilities, especially the sauna and the jacuzzi. In the morning there was a great variety of food during breakfast. Everything was delicious and very well cooked. One thing that wasn't pleasant is that you can't import foods and even water in the room. We would definitely come back to Radina's Way! Best regards
