Just came back from a stay at Radina’s way hotel, when we first arrived we were given a twin room even though we had booked a double- they were kind enough to put a double mattress on the bed so that this was resolved. The spa is quite small, and does get very busy so I

Dear savs_davis, Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We are apologize for the bad experience with the shuttle service. It was not a good idea to take another minibus and we can not take any responsibility about other hotel's policy, staff and attitude. You should ask on reception for any inconvenience with our shuttle service or to ask for bigger bus instead next time. Best regards

We spent 7 days in Radina's Way hotel and we are very satisfied. Hotel is placed in nice, quiet, green area, 2km away from gondola station. Of course, they offer free shuttle bus during ski time and we had no complaints with transport. Hotel is nicely designed, lobby is great

We stayed here when we wanted a cheap ski holiday. We knew we had compromised on locality but the shuttle bus (5min) was good. We have to compliment the hotel on its cleanliness and facilities.it was immaculate. Rooms very nice and warm. Shame.no bath to soak aching.limbs but

Location is a bit out of town, but the hotel runs a shuttle bus and that worked for us. Spa/pool area was lovely after a day out skiing. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet style breakfast and dinner had a good selection and was better than I'd expected with enough

Stayed here for half term. It's about 1 hour 20 from the airport, found it easy with the sat nav. Firstly the rooms are large and spacious, clean and comfortable The staff however in reception are miserable and very sullen. The pool is small and the lifeguard is not a happy

In Bulgaria you can pay only in lev, but you if you have euro or dollar, there are exchange offices and banks where you can make the change. I was in Borovets yesterday and there had alot of snow (not only on the slopes, but in the town as well). Nobody can predict the weather, but in February and the beginning of March there is usually enough snow to ski.

I think there is no rental ski shop near the hotel (neither the hotel rents ski equipment), but next to the main lift (in the center), there are pleanty of. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend any, because I have never rented ski.

Radina's Way Hotel operates a minibus shuttle to the slopes and main area of Borovets (bars, restaurants etc). The shuttle finishes around 6pm (from memory), but cabs are around 10Lev (approx £5), the hotel are happy to call cabs for you and there is a cab rank next to where the shuttle would drop you off - in December, when I was there, there were plentiful cabs around. The Rila can't be beaten in terms of proximity though, in my opinion.

Does the hotel organise a Christmas party?
I was there over Christmas, there wasn't anything arranged by the Hotel, but the buffet dinner was very nice. It's quite early in the season, the hotel wasn't busy over Christmas. We had a rather nice Christmas lunch at a restaurant next to the Slopes.
