Lots of bad reviews that give the hotel a bad image and it's not great but it's not as bad as you'll read. Pros - The hotel was NOT cold!! The radiator in the room only had two settings though, off or inferno so we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open slightly on a couple of nights. Along...

We visited Borovets during half term and had booked Hotel Iceberg . I was worried by the reviews but needn't have been . Our family room was spacious - perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and It was cleaned every day . The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and we found this to be the case...

At dinner the plates are very cold , along with the food. I recommend the black tiger for good food ,beer , music and overall experience. The red lion also has great live music. The rooms are very nice however after one shower the water goes cold

We have used this hotel more than once over the last few years. Every country differs in its use of "stars" so I don't expect a four star hotel in London to be comparable to one in Bulgaria. The Iceberg is only a few minutes walk from the Cable Car and the centre of the resort. There are closer hotels...

We needn't of worried at all, the hotel was warm and welcoming and the staff were more than happy to help. We were a party of 14 lads sharing twin rooms, there was a...

We have stayed in many hotels inBorovets . This hotel ....... Absolutely Rubbish. The staff and not friendly at all. The rooms are the only nice thing about this hotel. The food is shocking , we have stayed, in a lower star hotel and had a much better variety of both breakfast and dinner. What little food there was, was...

We booked it again and got exactly what we paid for. It"s suggested to book the rooms on VIP floors. Breakfast and dinner may be better, but we always found something to eat. We booked Flora, Rila and Iceberg hotels in the past and found this hotel more suitable for our needs.
