I booked this after reading reviews from previous guests. I have not been impressed by anything at what is supposed to be a 4* hotel! Who has given this a 4*? More like a 2* at a push. Do not book half board unless you like luke warm Bulgarian food. It is cheap enough to eat out at most of...

Positives: Had nice small kitchenette and wi-fi Negatives: We did not get a receipt for the full paiment. The hotel staff was behaving more like they were at home rather than at work. Lounging around in a track suit bottoms and more interested in talking between each other than looking after the hotel guests. Additional payment for swimming pool and...

The two bedroom apartment was stunning with views of the forest and mountain. Facilities in the apartment were exceptional and all areas were clean and tidy. The hotel offers food from a busy restaurant but needs to improve on breakfast as this was a little hit and miss, however, the evening meals were excellent and brilliant value. Staff including Lupka...

Low cost budget hotel that was a little tired in areas. Room was spacious and clean, pool / spa facilities are best to be avoided as they were not very clean. Breakfast was alittle let down but cheap. Only real gripe was that we asked for a non smoking room and our room / bedding stank of smoke. Our friends...

In addition to that the toilet / bathroom condition was bad when we arrive. the hotel did send someone to fix them. Over all service,...

I booked studio for 4 adults with balcony - I got very small room with double bed + 2 reclining chairs. I was expecting 4 proper beds for a start and a balcony! I was expecting half price discount for the 2 adults who didn't sleep on proper bed. Given the option only to change to room 406 on the...

Booked through booking.com and arrived during normal hours. It is situated at the bottom of the main road up to Borovets. A five minute walk to the Main Street and gondola. The hotel is warm and well decorated. Has a child's play room by reception, a bar and a restaurant. There is also a spa in the basement. Reception is...

Just got home from a lovely stay at this hotel. We had breakfast and dinner there which the kids loved the food everynight. Excellent value for money. would stay again. Only 10 minutes walk from the main ski area and 5 minutes from the gondola. Very friendly staff but they only spoke a small amount of English but understood us...
