Very nice hotel and staff. Very clean, welcoming and professional. Beautiful white cotton sheets and softest towels. Full assortment of bathroom amenities and products, rain shower, and standard hair dryer. Bath robe and slippers. Good neighborhood. Felt very safe walking around. Close to nice park, smaller shops and restaurants. It’s probably a 3 or 4 star hotel by American standards because it’s kind of basic but updated and very nice and there’s no spa or pool. But there’s a nice gym w hot tub and showers - in case you arrive before check in like we did and were grateful they allowed us to shower there as we waited for the room. It’s 15 levels w some city views.
Tiny rooms. Isolation nonexistent ( you can hear the next room flush). Barely clean. Awful bathroom. The fitness and spa are not there at all. The sauna is turned off and the jacuzzi has no water Avoid ! Avoid
Stayed two nights. Near Avenida Paulista. Small but adequate rooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast selection. Good wifi connectivity. Friendly staff, safe area. It served it's purpose for my stay, I'd stay there again.
The hotel is small. The lobby is dark and its decore is dated. They do offer courtesy coffee and cold tea and water most of the day in the lobby. The elevators are small and slow. Sometimes only one elevator worked and you had to wait a long time to get an elevator ride to the lobby. My room was just OK for one person for a short stay. The television is hard to operate. The bathroom is dated although water pressure is fine. The room and the hall need soundproofing. You can hear everything said in the hall. My second night they did not make up my room. I told the front desk and they did not even apologize. They charged me for my full stay upon arrival, rather than waiting. I think they should have refunded me part of what I paid because they did not service or clean my room one day. Or at least they should have apologized. The staff is OK but they do not smile. Not too friendly. Breakfast is good and plentiful and the coffee at breakfast is very good. The hotel is located near Avenida Paulista and many restaurants and good shopping. The area is safe during the day, although at night you have to be watchful.…
Sorry, I can not speak Portugese. Whatever I put down here, if irrelevant to the facility must be ignored. I received excellent service. Facility was comfortable, calm and I had a good rest after a long trip. The breakfast was also very good, I had a good variety of food.
