Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.

This hotel has a great location, but I wouldn't recommend it for any business traveler. The wi-fi is so slow that it's practically unusable (most of the time, pages time out before they load, and if they do, it's often in HTML). I had this issue in the lobby, on the rooftop and in the room, so I think it's everywhere in the hotel. Acoustics are poor (i.e. you can hear your neighbor and the AC unit is very loud) and I was overcharged at checkout for the minibar. When I noted this, the front desk agent suggested bringing me a bottle of water in compensation, which is an odd way to solve the issue. The breakfast is pretty good (hence 2 stars), though the electricity went out the second night so all the hot food was in fact cold. Friendly service in the breakfast area though. I might consider if they fix the internet, but even otherwise, I'd call this hotel mediocre at best.

The breakfast is something boring. With low effort it can improve a lot. The room was clean and very well served. The bed it is comfortable and all in the room is carefully maintained. You will enjoy the location in the heart of Jardim. You can walk to Ibirapuera park or to Paulista Avenue.

Dear sir, We are very happy to receive your comments, with so many compliments and comments that contribute to our development. Our location really appeals to most of our guests, as we are close to a number of cool entertainment options in the city. For breakfast, we regret the inconvenience. This is not our standard of Quality, we are in the process of improving the restaurant areas, which are expected to finish until January / 19. Always count with our team.

Very noisy room, noises coming from door and windows that do not isolate outside noise. You hear people talking coming out of the elevator and in the corridors. You also hear cars and people from the street. Not a quiet place to sleep! Ok size room with kitchenette area. A bit dated. Good breakfast temporarily served on the rooftop. Free parking.
