Transamerica executive perdizes is well located, clean, fair breakfast, but a little pricy. there is a parking lot, but it's not included in the price. It's an 18-floor building and the two lifts sometimes aren't enouth in busy times.
The hotel was really great, the staff was very friendly, the neighborhood is safe and you can go to nearby restaurants at night. The room was spacious, the breakfast good with a lot of choices (even though there was not that much variation from day to day). Excellent coffee, but this is certainly something to expect.
The room is comfortable and offers a good structure for those who want to have a light meal: it has a microwave and crockery and a large table, which can be used as a work desk too. The neighborhood is calm. The bathroom is small, not very comfortable and in need of refurbishment. The breakfast did not have much variety and I found a cup of coffee with lipstick mark. The staff are attentive. The floor of the rooms is made of wood and in the early morning you can hear people walking in heels.
I've spent a week in this hotel. It isn't so far from downtown and neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean with a staff very kind. Breakfast with fresh food (but natural juices) and sorted. The hotel has a restaurant with quite a few options for dinner and with a reasonable price, which is good because there's no many restaurant options around.
This hotel is very clean, comfortable and safe. The room I stayed in was well equipped and had plenty of storage space. It also was quieter that I had expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, though a heavier comforter would have been a nice extra touch. The restaurant provided a healthy breakfast each morning. I would definitely stay here again when I return for business.
