I have stayed in this hotel twice already and I can mention that rooms are small, bathrooms as well, quality of linen (towels, sheets, etc) is average/low. The restaurant both for breakfast and lunch/dinner has a better overall quality with good selection of meals, variety in wine list and beverages. Last time I tried a shrimp rissotto that was executed... More

The Positives: Rooms are ok but dated. Breakfast is again ok but nothing special. Staff again ok, when they feel like it (special mention to the guy out front that got us taxis... best staff member and spoke really good English... should promote him to front desk). The location was great I have to admit. And the shuttle service was... More

I stayed at Transamerica Faria Lima last week and it was a nice place to be. I had to stay in SP without planning, so no luggage. It was great that they had toothbrush and paste in the bathroom, nice shampoo and even a comb. They borrow a robe to wear in the room, which was really nice. The lady... More

I have now been two times on this hotel. The staff at the reception speak simple english, but the rest of the employees is only speaking portuguese. The size of the rooms are fine, but they seems pretty worn, especially the bathrooms. The internet at the hotel is pretty slowly, so if you have to work on a VPN connection... More

The name is overly pretentious for what it is. First off I requested a single large bed and the girl hands me the key assuring me it is what I'm gonna get. It was 2 single beds... I managed to change room but it wasn't without her making me understand she was making me a favour. As if. Anyways the... More

Was looking for reasonably priced hotel in SP financial Business center and was surprised by the recently renovated, extremely comfortable (queen size bed, quiet, clean elegant bedding) room. Both reception staff and messengers most courteous and attentive. Good breakfast (superb coffee) and as an unusual plus, van service to and from locations within six kilometers of hotel! Some pros & cons: Although it's a little worn out, rooms are clean and spacy. Offers a good breakfast... Friendly staff who speaks English (this is not so easy to find in Brazil) The best thing about this hotel is NEIGHBORHOOD. Great hotel, there is a good and spacious room, good breakfast(no cheesebread :( ), small but ok pool... But what pisses me here is that the internet connection is paid. There's a free one that it is necessary to reconnect every 1 hour. That is simply ridiculous. Not even small hotels do that.
