We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. Comfortable and spacious squared rooms with plenty of windows, very comfortable beds and pillows, wifi worked great, the A/C worked great, nice hot water. We especially liked the heated indoor pool with an outdoor terrace area and the clean gym. Lobby is very modest but there is also a nice upstairs lounge...

Stayed in December for 2 nights as tourists. Check in was smooth and as we were before the check in time we were able to store our luggage in a safe place whilst we went sightseeing. Staff were helpful and there always seem to be somebody on reception which could speak English. Good, safe location walking distance to the popular...

I spent 3 nights here in December 2016. The location was good - after researching on safer neighbourhoods in SP. The hotel is smaller than I expected, but found the beds to be comfortable and modern bedroom. The bathrooms are not as modern though, but decent. No problems with hot water - shower was good. Breakfast selection was acceptable even...

When you think about a 4 star hotel you expect more, I must admit Receptionist attention was extremely kind and professional. But for example bathrooms don't have ventilation. Or the elevators are not enough and get crowded. I see breakfast expensive but there's a Cafe Viena three blocks far away. Hotel is very well located, excellent bed, and many dining...

The hotel is in a good location within the Jardin district close to the main high street - Paulister. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable and bedroom was of a good size. The bar area was poor and really not existent. swimming pool was small but functional. Staff not really personable but were efficient.

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
