When you think about a 4 star hotel you expect more, I must admit Receptionist attention was extremely kind and professional. But for example bathrooms don't have ventilation. Or the elevators are not enough and get crowded. I see breakfast expensive but there's a Cafe Viena three blocks far away. Hotel is very well located, excellent bed, and many dining...

The hotel is in a good location within the Jardin district close to the main high street - Paulister. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable and bedroom was of a good size. The bar area was poor and really not existent. swimming pool was small but functional. Staff not really personable but were efficient.

Visiting brother in São Paulo we decided to book into this hotel not once but twice. Location was very convenient. Stayed here 4 nights during a conference. It was my second stay in Sao Paolo and I so appreciated the feeling of ease when I walked out of the hotel to local restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very attentive and the rooms quiet and comfortable. I loved the peace and quiet with only a few rooms on each floor....

This was my first time stay at this property after staying at a competitor hotel nearby for many years....but whose price is higher than should be based on room quality. So......from the start I was pleased with the reception and friendly staff. My room was an upgraded class and I was pleased with the room size and room amenities overall....

A clean modern mid-range hotel. Good friendly helpful service. There's a pool and sauna, though the pool is quite shallow. Good location, a quick walk to Paulista Avenue and a wide range of restaurants, including the top restaurant in Brazil, D.O.M. Over all, a recommended place to stay in Sao Paulo.

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
