For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more. It doesn't take away from the fact that the staff is very helpful, from cleaning to reception. However, the biggest disappointment was knowing that they don't make it clear on the accommodation apps that the "Superior Double Suite" consists of a room with two single beds. I had to pay R$400+5% of the daily rate extra to be able to change rooms.

I went to enjoy the Brazilian GP in Sao Paulo and this hotel is ideal. Comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood with many shops for women, ideal for going as a couple and most importantly just 3 blocks from the L4 Yellow metro, where you can go to the Interlagos Circuit in 45 minutes and a combination to the emerald line L9 . The Hotel has modern, comfortable rooms and its breakfast is very varied and of a high standard. really recommended for this itinerary and for a visit to Sao Paulo for business or pleasure.

Radisson Oscar has excellent service rendered by friendly hotel’s staff during our Sao poulo visit from 15 Oct through 18 Oct 2023. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Special Thanks to Jenifer & Bruno 😇

The internet is a nightmare. I repeatedly requested they check the internet to which they replied oh there’s a problem? Oh really? YES. Really. The Internet has a very complicated login system with several steps. On all of your devices it logs you out every one minute and ask you to repeat the process. That it says you are logged into the Internet or cellular doesn’t work, but you’re not really on the Internet. Then when it does actually work, it’s so painfully slow. You cannot load one webpage. My friend and I had to leave because we couldn’t use google maps or text even. Forget a zoom. I am tech saavy and tried everything. Do not stay here if you need to use your phone ever. You will live in frustration. My friend and I make jokes about it.
The manager chased me for a $20 charge despite already having my credit card and despite me pre-paying in advance and despite me giving a card for incidentals when I came in with an unlimited balance. He was very rude about it and chased me into my Uber made me get out and pay the $20 despite me staying there for two nights and paying for everything in advance I’m not sure this is he wasn’t. He was very rude. I told him I was going to miss my flight that he could charge my card for whatever it is that we had purchased.
I missed my flight. It cost me $1000. He was so rude. I sat in the airport for 12 hours and my back hurts.

A dreary dated tired hotel. We arrived at 2pm and this huge hotel had just 1 receptionist so we waited for 15 minutes after a long journey. We booked a double and they gave us a twin. Couldn’t face waiting in line so we didn’t change rooms. Rooms are fine but the whole place feels like the 1970s and dark. 3 ancient lifts where you have to push the door open yourself like in the 1950s.
Breakfast was packed and very 2 star.
The staff seem bored and disengaged.
We previously stayed at Canopy by Hilton and it is twenty times better.
On the plus side room was clean and shower was good but really life is too short for such a dreary hotel.

With a great location, Radisson is a great choice for those who want to stay in a noble and safe region with quick and friendly service.
The room is good but pretty basic, as well as the breakfast. Internet didn't work in my room.

I had a great experience hosting an event at the Radisson Oscar Freire. It all starts with the receptionists, who are extremely smiling and helpful. The events team, Thiago and Luiz, helped us with several points during the event and made everything even better, extremely fast, whenever I requested support, they helped me with prompt service.

Great location in Jardins in a quiet area. Very good service. Nice good sized rooms. A very good breakfast. All in all a great hotel to visit the center of Sao Paulo, close to all the shopping and best restaurants in Jardins.

Pros: Location, location, location. Breakfast was ok and general service was very polite and committed. Good room with a nice view (had a suite).
Cons: only 3 small elevators for 20+ floors was a challenge sometimes. Lobby has seen better days and could do an update.
