Average hotel, clean enough but in need of a touch up. Breakfast was ok, not bad or good - just ok. Nobody seems to care about the hotel really, staff are nice enough and helpful but it's all very slow and with a smile.

If you are a self motivated traveller, have a lot of patience, time, money and are traveling in a group then is the Hotel is for you. Has the possibility to accommodate large groups - which is a plus. But as for the service...they are lacking, no information was given about the hotel amenities. After reading the manual in the...

Brazil is not easy as a Black person, but this should not be reflected in a Hotel, that has a special anti-discrimination note in the elevator. They don't live up to their standards- so be ready to get mistreatment and looks from all the Hotel staff. I would not recommend to stay there. You also have to speak Portuguese in...

THINGS I LIKE: 1. First and foremost.... FABULOUS BUFFET!!! It is worthy to note that their coffee tastes HEAVENLY. 2. Strong wifi connection. 3. Bed and linens are comfy. 4. Receptionists are helpful and polite. POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Corridors should be more lit. 2. Sauna and gym a bit rundown.

I try to stay in this hotel every time I go to Sao Paulo. Its location, a block away from Paulista Avenue, is perhaps the main reason for my preference, but the hotel is good by itself. Lovely staff, nice facilities and reasonably good food are the good points. However, there was something different this time: my family and I...

We had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel 5 nights. We will never stay here again. Let me tell you why: - The room's layout is so awkward that the bed is against the window. - The bathroom is too small for two people. Impossible to move in it. - Towels are thin and old. - The bed...

Dear Mr. Roberto, How are you? I I believe there is a great possibility of you not have stayed in our hotel. I found it strange the comment that the carpet of the apartments are old, because all our rooms have wood floors and are brand new. If we really stayed with us, I ask my sincere apologies for any...

The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are ok for a 3 star hotel and the location is very good. However I specifically requested a quiet room and was not informed that they have two construction sites right next to the hotel with unbearable noise. For anyone looking for a quiet stay I would recommend to stay away from...

This hotel is very centric, only a few blocks away from Paulista Avenue. It offers quality rooms at affordable prices. Staff is very friendly and will do everything in their power to help you. Services in general are very good, but breakfast is below average in comparison with other hotels of the same level. Still, it's definitely a good choice,...

When you haven't had time to make plans beforehand, and rely on the internet to get things going - then it doesn't work - it is the most frustrating thing in the world to have to deal with in 2016. Everything else was fine. The location is superb, found some nice Japanese restaurants around the corner (with good internet), and...

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
