Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.

The hotel and each and every staff member really surpassed my expectations. For a hotel that was not rated 5 star, I truly felt from the second my Uber pulled up that I was getting a 5 star experience. Each person treated me like a queen as soon as I pulled up - I was greeted so warmly and immediately my bags taken care of right out of my Uber up to my room, so I did not need to even lift a finger at any point. I cannot say enough good things about each and every staff member. Each person was extremely welcoming, accommodating, polite & extremely professional. They continually engaged in conversation with me and were genuinely interested to speak to me and ask questions about me and Canada (where I am from.) The room was very large for just myself, super clean & had a very clean, tiled shower with great water pressure (which got nice and hot). Incredible view too & the bed was great! The location is safe and close to many convenient things, parks, avenida paulista, starbucks, pharmacy, suco shops, sushi restaurants... Really great location and I found everything I needed one or two blocks away. Every request I made (extra towels, room service, ice to room) was seen through and with prompt. The staff were so friendly and chatty with me during these instances and truly went out of their way to make me feel special constantly - which was above and beyond what they needed to do. Considering the price I paid for a single queen room I felt I got much more than I paid for. Having traveled in Brazil before I have noticed check-in can take a while, as they require forms to be filled out. Perhaps this is for security purposes. I was in no rush and had other questions to ask reception while I waited so it was not a problem for me. I lost my adapter to plug in my iPhone which really worried me as I had no power - and was quickly given a new one to keep. Somehow I lost it again in the room and upon check-out, the manager eagerly gave me his personal iPhone charger so I could charge my phone as many times I Needed. I would have been stranded unable to get an Uber to the airport (which I was already late for) had he not willingly jumped in to help me so quickly. I was in a massive rush so this was highly appreciated. I was so sorry I couldn’t stay longer and was blown away by the client service & genuinely kind staff. Upon leaving to the airport, literally almost everyone on shift either shook my hand to wish me well or waved goodbye to me, and were just the sweetest people EVER! Next time I am in Sao Paulo I will be back to stay here again 100%! I am always blown away by how kind & hospitable people from Brazil are which keeps me coming back to this amazing country, and this experience was no exception. Anna Gabrielle Martin from Canada.

After having my flight cancelled and arriving in São Paulo around 2am I was sent to this hotel to spend the night to get my connection the next day. As soon as I got in, I was offered dinner (3:30am) which was taken to my room. I had a wonderful breakfast and lunch and was granted special food due to my health condition. I am aware the airline company will pay for it all but I felt most welcome and well taken care off after a terrible evening. The only problem I had is that there's a construction site next to the hotel and they started working early, which made my rest a bit short.

The room was nice and big and it was in a good location. Not really amusing was the hygenic standard. During the breakfast time they cleanded the tables with the same cloth as they cleanded the chairs. Also they put the butter which was not used back in the bowl on the buffet and so on. The first day there was no water in my room and they didn´t clean it. Also I wrote twice a mail to the hotel and asked for a pick up from the airport. No reply. Finally when I called the first time they just cut off the call. The second time there was a lady who spoke English and confirmed the pick up. All in all they didn´t speak English so we communicatet via google translate. Disapointing for a four star hotel. On top I found it bizzar that I had to pay in advance when I arrived. I have eaten three times in the Restaurant which was mostly empty. Only once the food was good. Around the corner is the Intercontinental Hotel. It costs the same. I will try that one the next time.

Hy, How are you? First of all we appreciate your feedback. Only one of our receptionists doesn´t speak English, all others speak, English, Spanish, Italian and French. Our payment policy is charge in the check in. It's the hotel policy. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, I went to our housekeeper to check as it, cause didn´t represent our standard of quality. The Intercontinental Hotel, is a 5 star Hotel and its prices are above ours which is 4 star. Best Regards, Tamires Martins - Reception Manager

TAKE TIME TO READ THIS, IT WILL AVOID YOU ANY PROBLEMS!!! Let’s start from the beginning, I’ve booked this hotel for the second time as I had already travelled there in March 2018 and it looked fine. As my flight was landing very early in the morning, one week before arriving to the hotel I sent them an email asking them for an early check-in. They never replied to that email and when I asked early check-in on arrival at the reception, they found the email and smiled as they “forgot” to andwer, so I had to pay 80 extra Brazilian REAL and had a very horrible room (pics attached) with mosquitoes in my toilets and a broken shower. When I asked them to change the room they did it but very very slowly and I eventyally managed to have the same room I had in March which was ok, only after 30 minutes. As in March I had already used their laundry service and it was okay, I asked them for a new laundry service and when I received my things back I had the painful surprise of finding them completely ruined with some wholes in one of my best sweaters. They first tried to convince me that I had given them already ruined things, but when I made them notice that I had taken pics before they received my stuff, then they had to accept the fact that they had ruined my shirts and sweaters They made me sign an agreement to receive my money back but in Brazilian currency, with a bank transfer, and then they contacted me saying that to make this reimbursement they wanted me to buy the same things in Italy and send them a receipt. When I kindly answered them that for me it was impossible to buy the same things as they might have run out of production, I politely insisted to receive the money as agreed, but they answered that they would have reimbursed me only 272 Brazilian currency, on Brazilian bank account (which I do not have, of course, being Italian, and this sum was the price I paid for the laundry service) which was not even half of the damage I received. Still today, no reimbursement received, and Ma. Tamires Martins Fonseca avoids my calls: true professionalism! AVOID THIS HOTEL AND RUN AWAY FROM THEM. Only a little mention to their night receptionists which helped me when O had to go to the hospital for a food poisoning.

Mr. D´Apice, how are you? First of all we appreciate your feedback. We had the early check in information in your reservation, but as we always warn our guests, all early check in is upon availability of the Hotel and has the early check in fee. As for the unforeseen circumstances of the room, in the bathroom and the shower, in order to better attend to you, we immediately asked our housekeeping to clean another room for you, but the Hotel was in high occupancy, so we needed time to clean the room and changed you. About your clothes, our laundry staff upon receiving your clothes to wash, found that there were tears in your sweater, and for our fault, we did the washing service anyway, and for that failure, as we talked with you in the same day, again to meet our guest in the best possible way, we inform you that the refund would be made. In the same day, the Tamires talked to you to inform you that the tears were already in your sweater and you didn´t have these photos that you mention to show, but as I mentioned, we never distrusted our guests, I talked to you and we comply with your request. In Brazil we have tax laws that require all cash outflows to be rendered, so we couldn´t reimburse you, without first sending us an invoice, we inform you that you could buy similar items and send us the bill and yes a Brazilian checking account to effect the transaction, since our fiscal register doesn´t allow international transactions. We always answer your calls and respond to your emails, you may have called at some point that I was not present in my room. As I last chat with you over the phone, we are just waiting for your account information email to reimburse you. Hotel Nobile Paulista Prime wishes you a great week and is at your disposal for any questions. Best Regards, Tamires Martins - Reception Manager

I stayed here twice in recent weeks. During my first visit I was woken in the middle of the night by the sounds of a woman screaming next door. I was unable to get any answers to my questions the next morning as to what had been happening on my floor. The second time I had no comforter/duvet on my bed nor complimentary water in my room. I asked in reception for this to be remedied and my requests were ignored. The rooms are tired and the floors smell of stale tobacco. I was staying here on business and would expect simple requests to be fulfilled.
