I'm a return customer to the Massis every year and, every few years write a review on the place. Perfect location (Augusta and Paulista) Rooms are large for downtown Sao Paulo and the price per square meter makes it great value. (Cross the street to...More
Lets start by the positive things. In terms of room comfort, location, facilities and support from the personal, the hotel is quite good in relation to the price. It is a 3 star hotel and period, nothing much to talk about it.

Ok maybe the five stars bit is over the top but really enjoyed my stay here. Great location near Consolacao Metro station. Loads of good restaurants and bars in the area. The room was really like a small one bedroom apartment with a little kitchen...More
I'm a regular to this hotel. I've recommended it for business travel, large groups, and long stay. The hotel itself is among the best "bang for your buck" hotels in downtown Sao Paulo. Everyone raves about the location, and they are right. Lots of good...More
Consolação lies between the old historical center of the city and busy Paulista Avenue. It’s surrounded by the fancy Higienópolis neighborhood, which makes it a very diverse place. The nightlife along Augusta Street offers visitors a variety of options to dine, dance and be entertained. Roosevelt Square, Consolação's main meeting point, is surrounded by fringe theaters and has become a popular skateboarding area. Right
across the street from the square is the elevated highway known as “Minhocão.” Though it is busy with car traffic all week, it shuts down every weekend and becomes a leisure spot right in the middle of the city.
