I stayed for 3 months in this property - moved after a truly disappointing experience. - Location is not optimal: taxis and Ubers get lost many times - Maintenance and cleaning standards have room for improvement: water in the pool is anything but transparent; rooms have dirty old carpets and noisy fridges; one of the towels in my room even had blood stains - Service is a disaster: taking food to the wrong room, charging additional money amounts without prior announcement (still waiting an answer from the hotel on this), receptionists cancelling my reservations by mistake, torn shirts after laundry... All in all, might be a good option for a weekend if prices are cheap (although not many restaurants/life in the neighborhood), definitely not advisable for business travelers.

My first stay at this hotel. I found it to be very nice and convenient for my business. The 6-7 staff I interacted with were outstanding!. I would have rated 5 stars but some smaller things did not justify that. The room was comfortable and modern. Adequate electrical for devices. WiFi worked well. Modern bathroom. Bed was great! But noise from hallway was excessive, and it took a very long time for hot water for 3 times I used the shower. Housekeeping came by to clean once pretty early and woke me up. I will consider staying here again.

First time in São Paulo & in Brazil. Have to say we made the right choice in our stay here. Hotel location is great for business and leisure. Came to Brazil for a trip around Copa America and even got to see the Bolivian National soccer team. Great part was we never felt any less important than any other guest. Front desk staff was all amazing starting with I believe Rodrigo was his name, checked us in early which was great help since we had just had a really long travel night/day. Things got even better with the help of Danielle and then Wesley went above and beyond. Big thank you to all of them Im to see this level of hospitality from this hotel. Amazing. The hotel is beautiful and has great city views and rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and cleaning and maintaining our rooms clean and neat. A big thank you for that. I want to highlight the pinnacle of our experience here which was with the food and beverage program and staff. Amazing level of hospitality and home like feel. Quality of food was phenomenal morning, lunch and dinner and so was the staff. My wife and I have traveled a good amount in the past 3 years all in hiltons and we have to say in great pleasure that Ralph in the Canvas Bar/Lounge area was AMAZING every single night we were there (3 out of the 4 nights we stayed). I have been in the service industry all my career and people like him are what is all about and that is to make people feel good with a warm home like feel and great personality. I hope this Hilton realizes the GREAT worker they have in this young man. I also would like to send a especial thank you to the rest of the staff in Canvas the servers and especially the bartenders who taught me how to make an authentic caipirinha. It was unforgettable experience to stay at Hilton Hotel in São Paulo Brazil. The room is fantastic, very cozy, clean, spacious and above standard. They offer us a welcoming drinks and sweet into our room, thanks for those. We had a wonderful dinner for they had a wonderful restaurant ( canvas bar and restaurant) And the breakfast was superb, lots of variety. Thanks to Jhonathan and Adriano for they so attentive and friendly during our beakfast.
