We had an excellent stay at Hilton Sao Paulo. Check in was quick , rooms were clean and spacious, staff were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very limited due to covid restrictions so that was a bit disappointing.

Hotel's Favorite
Have stayed here several times both before and post pandemic. Most recently during September and October '20. This property takes safety very seriously. Temperature taken before entering, hand sanitizer stations everywhere, highest standards of the Hilton Clean room. Everything is spotless and you never see a speck of trash on the property. Mask compliance is everywhere. Little touches such as the laundry form in a sealed plastic bag complete with sanitized pen show this hotel's attention to detail even during the pandemic. Rooms are nice size, all have refrigerators and everything including the air conditioning is in working order. Pre pandemic the executive lounge was impressive and well stocked. The lounge is closed due to the pandemic but that doesn't stop the hotel from recognizing its elite guests. The hotel still values the Hilton Honors members. As Diamond I still get free breakfast, complimentary happy hour with snacks from 6-8p and bottled water. Many properties have discontinued virtually all elite affinity benefits, but not here. Very nice and appreciated! The biggest asset to the property is the staff. I don't know who is doing the hiring and training but they deserve a gold star as the staff here is the best. Everyone from the reception, security, housekeeping etc is tops. I would especially like to recognize the servers in the Canvas bar and grill. They have had to make many changes due to the pandemic but their service shines. Everton, Rodman and Beatriz are some of the most welcoming and accommodating servers I have encountered in 35 years of traveling. Everytime I sit down, I am warmly greeted by name and they always remember my previous orders. I don't have to ask for anything...that's how great they are. Limited pandemic hours and menu, but food is great and this hotel excels in service. Massage in the spa is awesome and a great value. The health club is now open and this is not your typical hotel workout room. This is a full blown gym. Excellent. I have been discovering the local area and restaurants. It really is a nice area. Several restaurants, shops, malls and grocery within 10-20 minute walk. I can highly recommend La Pasta & Formaggio behind the hotel. I felt the area was safe. A great property. Great stays and top of my list for hotels in Brazil.

After doing quite a bit of research, we are glad to have settled on staying at this property. There weren't too many upscale options in the city, but this hotel did the job. Everything was professional enough and the room we were given had a very convenient workspace. The proximity of the hotel to the mall nearby was nice and it was quite easy to call an Uber or order food. The pool also provides a great view, and even though the glass can fog up quite quickly, it's still a very pretty place to exercise or relax. As far as Covid goes, we had no issues and felt completely safe at this property. A couple issues we had: Despite being Diamond, and there being no lounge open, we were still charged for a water bottle. Yes, one water bottle. Apparently, only certain types of water are free, while others are not. I ran downstairs to grab the bottles and mistakenly grabbed one that was not free. Note: these bottles are not marked any differently, and the front desk manager actually told me everything in the refrigerator was free when I checked-in. I find this quite silly as it's just water, but it is what it is. We stayed for 5 days, and by Day 3, the breakfast options were looking very repetitive. While I realize there is a pandemic going on, it became rather frustrating to be offered omelet after omelet after omelet with no other options for hot food. The 6-8 pm happy hour was also quite limited and would be great for a day or two, but it also became a bit tiring by the 3rd day.

I´m hosted at Hilton Morumbi, to celebrate my third wedding anniversary, and yesterday, when we arrived for check-in, were informed by staff team that hotel does not offer parking lot for their guests! Besides it has being informed at booking sites that it´s available, unfortunately, it´s not true! Staff suggested us to park our car at building´s surround, which means at street, because there is a watchmen circling the site 24h , but once we´ve asked them if they´ll be responsible if something happens with the car, of course their answer was not ... After that, they suggested a parking lot existing below condo (offices + mall) which cost R$ 16 at first hour and R$ 9 per additional hour, so for overnight stay, it costs around R$ 115. It´s classified as a 5 stars hotel, this is not something acceptable ... ps: pool is surrounded by windows, so during warm days, which are very frequent in Brazil, it´s almost impossible to stay more than one hour, it looks like a sauna! I do not recommend this option here in São Paulo, there are other ones much better with similar rate.

We kind of liked the design which seemed to be different from the other Hilton's we've been in for now. Nothing negative to complain, good staff as always, and most important, ther room service was excellent. Jorge was there for us for 4 days, we could get used to that. The central location of the hotel makes it also a must go, from here you reach several interesting spots by foot.
