Stayed in Hilton Sao Paulo during a recent trip. Hotel is located in a business complex and takes about 60-90 min from the GRU airport, depending on traffic. We were staying in their presidential suite which is quite large and very comfortable. Suite, located on the 27th floor had a bedroom, a large living room and a separate room for dining, along with an office and kitchen. View of the bridge from the room every evening was wonderful with the sunset. There is a restaurant and bar in lobby with lot of choices for drinks and food. During our stay the Chilean football team was staying there, so there were lots of people hanging around the area. A minor irritation was lack of proper hot water in the shower, it took several minutes to warm up and even then only lukewarm. Compared to another room on 26th floor we had previously stayed this was an issue specific to the presidential suite. Also, it is hard to pull the plug in the bath tub as there is nothing to pull and one needs to tilt it somehow as explained by housekeeping maids, which is hard with a full tub. There is an executive lounge on 26th floor with similar views and it is open whole day for tea/coffee and drinks in the evening. There is also a breakfast option in the morning, but we preferred the restaurant downstairs for breakfast, for the great omelet service by the chef manning the station. Breakfast options are OK for Brazil and lots of fruits and pastries were available. Overall, a nice place and good option for stay in Sao Paulo.

Hello Parnassus1 GRU airport is located in a neighbor city, Guarulhos, and is really 60 - 90 minutes distant. We´re have a small airport 15 minutes distant but it´s not possible to land big aircrafts. Our Presidential Suite has all the facilities for feel at home. During June and July, Brazil was the Capital of South American Footbal with the Copa America. And some National teams stayed with us. I am very pleased to see that you enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our food and drinks. All of your comments was shared with the relevant staff members and department heads and are greatly appreciated. Some very friendly and helpful people - after a year, a waiter would remember I like manga and bring some. Also, I love breakfast in the fresh air. The shortage of lifts in busy times encouraged to conceptualize a solution which would cost much less money than, for instance, additional lifts: If the lift did no more stop in every floor it has reached , it would be much quicker. That in turn would the jam in peak hours very substantially.

It was wonderful to stay at Hilton. I stayed there for three days with my family. I sow everything fantastic, as I've never seen before. Super friendly staff, so clean, and amazing view to the bridge. Thank you for being the best team and exceed my expectations. Mostly Katchuscya, sorry if that's wrong, and Fabianne, those were super friendly and communicative while checking in and out, and Wesley, also from reception, because he gave me a late checkout in the last day to enjoy all the time I could. Of course that I'm gonna return always to this wonderful place. Wait for me then.

We arrived in San Paulo on the red eye from London and to ensure time to freshen up I had booked a room for the night before. We arrived at 9.50am and had 40 minutes in theory to shower before leaving for the day. however due to the poor service I did not receive a key until 10.10 and had less that 20 minutes to get ready. On highlighting this I received a beaming smile with 'I am so sorry', not really any recognition of how appalling this was. Why pay for something and then be unable to access it - even with the new fancy app that Hilton advertise everywhere. The front of house manager also wrote to say they would look into it - but surely you can see queues and address them? All the rest was a standard Hilton

I stayed at this hotel for business and I was really happy with everything about it. The staff is friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so you can go to the lowest level and walk right out into the mall where there are a lot of food options, shopping and a drug store. The rooms were updated and spacious. I definitely recommend the executive lounge if you have that option - there is a good breakfast and happy hour each day, with plenty of seating and a lovely view, and helpful staff. Compared to other Hilton hotels I think this one is a cut above.
