The reason is, at Maksoud I got the most basic room, not a problem so far, but the finish on the bathroom froor would not allow tha staff to clean is nicely. Therefore I found two spots of dirt incrusted on the floor, never mind the type. I was disgusting. but here at this new unit of Mercure everything as... More

Within walking distance from Avenida Paulista, Mercure Pamplona has a great location. Not so many rooms or better they got spread over several floors so it never gave me the impression of being noisy or too crowded. Also good breakfast like anywhere in Accor properties in Brazil. Price was good.

Well located, with helpful service. Towels are old and not well kept. Some lights were not working. There was some remodeling work going on at the wrong time. Started too early and even on a Saturday afternoon. I would not return even though I liked the neighborhood.

It seems to be a 16-storey residential building adapted to become a hotel, since its lobby is almost non-existent and there are only four rooms per floor, but they're spacious, clean, new and confortable. The location is perfect, despite being a 600m uphill walk away from the closest subway station (Trianon-MASP) at Avenida Paulista. Along the way to the subway... More

I stayed at the Mercure Pamplona for one night and can not say enough great things! The rooms are nice and very spacious, everything I needed for a one night stay! But the staff...oh my! 5 stars are not enough! After a long flight and dealing with delays and changing airlines, I ended up in São Paulo at 6am. After... More

Room is nice size, bed is okay. Way to much noise from the street. It sounded like our window was open all night and we where on the 6th floor. Shower has mildew stains. No good place to meet together with friend loopy is very small with a tint bar.

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
