Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.

Great environment, but poor friendly approach. About food, there is a clear evidence about a tentative to generate something terrific but sometimes to be focus on simplicity is better. One time is enough, no more.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your visit to Skye and for taking your time to post this review. Our apologies for our service not having been perceived as friendly. We are actually very well known for welcoming all of our guests and customers very dearly. I will share your opinion with the team. Same goes for our gastronomy - chef Emmanuel Bassoleil actually aims to focus on simplicity, and to revive the cosmopolitan aspect of our city in all of the dishes - from Japanese to Brazilian cuisines. We are very sorry we did not fulfill your expectations during your visit, but will be more than glad to welcome sometime soon and make sure you have a unique experience. With kind regards, Melissa Oliveira Managing Director

Hotel's Favorite
Traveling extensively, I like to stay in hotels having a certain personality. I first stayed at the Unique in São Paulo in 2016 and since then I return at the Unique on a quarterly basis. I appreciate the whole building special design, looking a boat alike, the very characteristic rooms, with their round windows, giving view on the “Jardins” a green oasis in the center of the city. It is a different hotel from the others. Staying there you feel pretty isolated from the crowd of the city, just overlooking it. This impression is emphasized at the exclusive “Skye” bar along the 25 meter heated pool on the 8th floor. Best visited at night, you will simply enjoy there the best view of São Paulo: surrounded far away, beyond the Jardins in the middle of which you are located, by the Illuminated skyline of São Paulo. The hotel service is very personalized and you will notice that all the staff is highly qualified, exceptional in Brazil. The restaurant team knows it’s clients and carefully attends all the requests, even if sometimes they are not in the menu... Last but not least, I cannot conclude without mentioning the expertise of the two Concierges Sergio and Samuel on whom I rely to be informed on all the cultural opportunities that exist during my stays. Whether you are looking for an opera at the Municipal Theatre, a special play by a new author, want to eat in a small restaurant with “música ao vivo” or fancy to attend a show from a world class group performing in São Paulo, they will know what is on, make personal recommendations, will advise you and will arrange the bookings for you. Don’t hesitate, it is a must in this city, there is always something going on and worth being seen! Enjoy your stay, it will be U..... !

prejudice is seldom positive. one should have the experience before having an opinion. I had the wrong impression of unique being a successful “boutique hotel” with more form than substance. what a great surprise it was to stay there for a weekend and not be surprised by the modern good taste decor but, surely be positively surprised by the warm and attentive service that you find at few great hotels. after my stays, I strongly reccomend it for both business but also family stays.

Dear Alvaro, On behalf of the whole Unique team, I'd like to truly thank you for your words. Our hotel was conceived from sketch in every way - not only did we dream of a uniquely designed building by a talented, local architect (Ruy Ohtake), but we also wanted our guests to have a completely different stay, compared to other hotels. We have been offering Veuve Clicquot champagne to our guests at check-in for a toast since day one. Along with the champagne, come the legendary dadinhos, the traditional São Paulo peanut butter candies. The simple and the elegant. This is our way. Instead of traditional hotel slippers, Brazilian branded flipflops. Instead of a simple chocolate at turndown service, a different treat every day made carefully by our pâtisseurs. São Paulo-themed pictures in all rooms, to remind everyone of our city's beautiful landmarks. But, most important of all - we have also, since day one, learned day by day how to deal, impress, serve and ameliorate our guests' experiences. We are a team of proud ladies and gentlemen, serving the likewise, with passion. This is part of our mission as a company. Thank you so much for perceiving our soul, and for having chosen us to celebrate Ana Luisa's birthday! We all hope to welcome you back very soon! Regards from the whole team, Melissa Oliveira Managing Director

Stayed here 2 weeks ago for 5 nights during a business trip. Our entire group enjoyed the hotel. Great hospitality from check in (champagne and room tour!), and we appreciated the explanation of the hotel purposely being designed for a sensory experience (why it is so dark) in honour of a blind family/friend connection. The lobby is open, airy and had a very grand feel to it. It had a cool sideways sofa that many took photos in. The rooms were modern and comfortable. HBO channel was a bonus for GoT fans. The best part was the rooftop lounge. We were there every day for breakfast and late night drinks. Clearly a hot spots for locals! Acai smoothie for breakfast was delicious. We will certainly return on our next trip!

Top notch service and smiles in a uniquely built hotel reminding of Noah’s Ark. Situated in hot spot Jardins in the middle of lush gardens and mansions, lovely restaurants and buzzing bars. Crowned with a second to none roof top bar overlooking the impressive São Paulo skyline. Not to mention the red pool.
