Neighborhood
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.

Great business hotel, or for any other reason I'd imagine. The hotel lobby has a great vibe, rather chic. Ask for Daniel, the manager of the lobby bar. He is fantastic! So professional and kind. Marriott is lucky to have him.

Thought the hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Sao Paolo, safety and security was evident in and around the hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately was only for a night but did have a nice breakfast.

Only one night, which was a pity. Excellent property, as one would expect from a Renaissance hotel. Restaurants are good. Club lounge is well stocked and the service is beyond reproach. Only downside was the pool being closed for renovations in the middle of the summer.

The hotel is OK, nothing out of the ordinary and a bit weak in customer service considering others of the same brand. They are well located. Other options in the area that I also recommend are the Intercontinental (excelent service, I'm switching back to them simply for this

I have been traveling here now twice monthly for over two years and the staff here is wonderful always going above and beyond with excellent customer service. One person stands out constantly is Rodrico Orogimbo. Always greets by name and remembers what my preferences are.

Dear Catherine, thank you for your question. We have a company that works with us called Transportation Desk. The charge for the pick up service at the Guarulhos International Airport is R$280,00 and you can charge it to your room bill. In order to reserve it, please, just send and e-mail to hotel.saopaulo@renaissancehotels.c0m with your flight information. Best regards, Leandro Luna | Night Manager

Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby (password is provided at the front desk or Lounge Bar). Wi-Fi in the room is charged (approximately US$ 8/day). I suggest you contact the hotel if you want them to provide airport pickup. A medical congress was held there in May and a travel agency-provided car costed approximately US$ 80 (with bilingual driver). You can also use taxi or bus shuttle services, both booked at the airport. Uber is also an option. The hotel provides tour services, but you can also contact a travel agency directly. Actually, the need for an agency will depend on what you would like to know in São Paulo.
