Thought the hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Sao Paolo, safety and security was evident in and around the hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately was only for a night but did have a nice breakfast.

Only one night, which was a pity. Excellent property, as one would expect from a Renaissance hotel. Restaurants are good. Club lounge is well stocked and the service is beyond reproach. Only downside was the pool being closed for renovations in the middle of the summer.

I have a 8 year old son which was just perfect! But I'll be honest! He made me sleep one night on the bed, and it was just Fine! 🤣🙏🏻! No problem at all! You put the bed where it suits you! 👊🏻

Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby (password is provided at the front desk or Lounge Bar). Wi-Fi in the room is charged (approximately US$ 8/day). I suggest you contact the hotel if you want them to provide airport pickup. A medical congress was held there in May and a travel agency-provided car costed approximately US$ 80 (with bilingual driver). You can also use taxi or bus shuttle services, both booked at the airport. Uber is also an option. The hotel provides tour services, but you can also contact a travel agency directly. Actually, the need for an agency will depend on what you would like to know in São Paulo.
