I’ve stayed here during business trips for about 10 years and I always look forward to returning to this Accor chain’s Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera hotel. The staff is professional & friendly & check in is always very easy. I’ve never had a problem with my bill during check out either. The rooms are always comfortable with cozy beds & pillows & Wi-Fi runs strong. The showers are nice and so is the air conditioning. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent, with omelettes made to order & a delicious espresso coffee machine. The dining room is quite attractive. I’ve ordered room service countless times and the spaghetti Bolognese is delicious. But, I always gravitate toward the famous cut of Brazilian steak called Picanha. They always allow me to substitute the rice for steamed vegetables instead, because I’m often on a low-carb diet. Again, the hotel staff is very friendly & accommodating. I like the neighborhood too. There is a café across the street from the hotel called Lanchonete do Coração where you can get incredible fresh tropical fruit juices and smoothies & tasty meals. Directly across the street from this restaurant is another restaurant that is very good for lunch. I can’t remember the name thought. But, they are both on the corner and across the street from each other. Each are very local restaurants with many return guests. This Pullman hotel is a solid choice, especially for a business trip. However, if I were coming to São Paulo for romance, I’d treat my partner to something with a more romantic setting. However, I do like this hotel very much & again, I always know that it will be a pleasant stay when I’m planning my business trips to São Paulo.

One of my friend's recommended the Pullman. My friend based his recommendation to the hotel's location & proximity to the Afro Brazilian museum & the beautiful Ibirapuera park. Once I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by a warm & friendly employee who assisted me with my bags. The gentleman at the front desk allowed me to do an early check-in & gave me a room upgrade since my flight arrived early in the morning. The entire staff was accommodating & friendly. I truly enjoyed my room & the beautiful view of the city. Everything was pristine & the ambiance of the hotel lobby, lounge & dining room is designed with intention.

One particular staff member stood out to me & his name is James. He has a warm smile & was very personable. Although, he was busy with all his managerial duties, he always took time to check on me & ensure that my stay was pleasurable.

The hotel is very nice . Checkin is fast and the staff very nice . The rooms are good the beds comfortable and most important the Air in the room very cold if that’s how you want it . The food in the Restrant is excellent and the same goes for room service . It was easy to get to shopping area from hotel .

Terrible service, poor rooms, noisy, This is a long way from the 5 star category they claim to be. I have stayed in may hotels in of this brand and never had such a bad experience. The room I was assigned had a dirty toilet so I asked to be moved. I would share the picture here but it may give them a reason to refuse the review. Another room assigned did not have a smart TV as was available in the first. When I called to point this out I was told that no rooms in the category I had been upgraded to had smart TVs. I had to point out that the room I was in was the category I had paid for and that the previous dirty room had a smart TV which I had used. There is a total lack of attention to detail. Little to no consideration of guest requirements. I ended up taking a lower category room to be able to get something quiet with the standard of TV a traveller would expect from this category of hotel. Status for All Accor Diamond members is not recognised and when you point this out to the staff they come up with multiple excuses as to why this has happened which you may see some of in the response to this. Breakfast was a joke with the restaurant manager, well I think that he was, serving other guests with drinks and when I approached walking away and asking someone else to serve me. Walking around the room asking Brazilian guests if everything was OK but bypassing my table. I could only laugh at this. The one good this was the lady in chef whites who really did offer good service, arrange a poached egg for me and did everything with a smile. She really is a shining light in this place and the hotel could learn something from her.

It changed a lot. You can call the reception, mostnof the time noîe answers. The temperature outside can be really low! Never mind they would put the air-conditionning down to 12. It is freezing in the room, you can put the temperature up to 30 degrees, only cold air is coming out. Uou can call the reception, if you are lucky to get someone, they promise you a lot, nothing ever happens!!!! Uou jave to call again and again. At the breakfast room, maybe 2 people understands easy english words, they make no effort. Like when you try to ask for soya milk and they say they don’t speak english, and you ask the one and only person who can get a few words, and she turns to her colleague and speaks portuguese and uses exactly the same word « soya »…. What lazy people!!!!!

Mrs. B, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, as it is only through guest perception that we can continue to improve our products and services. We feel sorry for not completely fulfilling your expectations. We assure you that your comments have been taken to the responsible managers, that will work on improvements. As for the air conditioning, unfortunately, our hotel does not have heaters in the apartments and the air conditioning can only reach a certain temperature as a safety measure. Regarding the language barrier, we have within our team, people who speak several languages, such as French, English, Spanish, Chinese, and our reception team is always a point of support to help with translations. We also have some guests who use apps so they can interact with our employees. We do not sign with a judgment that is not related to the team's intentions regarding service. It is not part of our values to fail to serve because of a language barrier. We hope you can trust Hotel Pullman SP Ibirapuera services and products quality management. I frequently stay at this location and the best part of all it all is the attention and care received specially during breakfast.
Kudos to “Celia and Lu” they provide outstanding service regardless if it’s the busiest morning or not.
The experienced employees is what makes a difference.

The Pullman is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the incredible Brazilian city of São Paulo. From the moment of our arrival when the concierge speedily took care of the car, through check in , bar and restaurant service and upgraded room with hydro jet bath ( much loved by my beautiful girlfriend) the special staff of the hotel
made us feel like valued house guests rather than hotel customers. We did not want to leave !
The hotel is in a superb location within minutes walking of a magnificent city park at Ibirapeura and very convenient to access all the central sights of Sampa
Hotel breakfast is efficient, fresh, plentiful choice - totally divine.
Special thanks to Rodrigo and his team - one of my very favourite hotels in the world. I cannot wait to return

I’m really hoping people start coming back to enjoy the marvelous service, delicious dinners and yummy cocktails. We enjoyed the outdoor lounging space to dine here at the Pullman Iberapuera, São Paulo. The Spa is also open now for guests or locals to enjoy.

This was my second stay at Pullman Ibirapuera, again for two weeks duration.
Overall it was a great experience.
Hotel location is great, several small places to eat around it, atm, pharmacy, etc.
Was in a great room (Junior suite), high quality commodities, quality cleaning service. Need maintenance help to fix a cabinet and got it solve in less than 30min.
The hotel has a small restaurant inside, very requested and usually crowded. The food was just great, ate there at least 5 times.
Small pool available (to cold for swim) and well equipped gym, also open to non guests.
The manager Rodrigo and most of staff were super helpful alto all my needs and requests.

Will come back for sure!

The rooms I have stayed in at this particular hotel, only have one king sized bed. This would probably not work for your situation. However definitely check the website for other options'
