We have been staying at the hotel for three nights. The hotel is a nice standard hotel. Our room was big, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning, minibar and tv. Bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was very good. The quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff were mixed. Whereas the waiters at the breakfast were... More

Made a visit to São Paulo and found this hotel ideally central to everywhere I wanted to go within walking distance. On occasion I took a taxi but very rarely. I enjoyed walking around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. I'd definitely look to book this hotel if I was returning... More

We know that Sao is an expensive city but the price charged for the hotel and the room type was unsatisfactory. The room was old style and seemed very dull. There could be some improvements in the room to make it more lively. The good thing about the hotel was the location. It was close to paulista avenue so you... More

This is a fairly big chain of hotels and with traveling it's best to stick with these kind of places as when it comes to it I have learned .... You only get what you pay for ! The location of this hotel is fantastic . Close to Paulista , malls , bars , restaurants and the handy subway !!... More

it will be my base in SAO from now on. Great location, next to all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are large and modern. Excellent service. Good buffet breakfast. Good a la carte menu. Will definitely stay at the Golden Tulip Belas Artes again.

The hotel is large and modern with nice sized rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. It seems to be fairly centrally located, and the staff were helpful and friendly when it came to arranging the various transports needed.

A really nice hotel in great location. Staff very friendly, room excellent and very good breakfast. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only annoying thing was that it was fully booked the last time I wanted to stay there. Also nice bar/restaurant of the lobby which served really good food and caipirinhas.

This hotel is very wel located, in the middle of a nice nightlife area. I stayed here for business purposes in September 2015, for 5 nights. Actually, I am having a coctail in their bar as we speak. The business centre is not present (They refer to two computers in the lobbie, and print-service at reception as their business centre).... More

Staying in Consolacao

Neighborhood Profile
Consolacao
Consolação lies between the old historical center of the city and busy Paulista Avenue. It’s surrounded by the fancy Higienópolis neighborhood, which makes it a very diverse place. The nightlife along Augusta Street offers visitors a variety of options to dine, dance and be entertained. Roosevelt Square, Consolação's main meeting point, is surrounded by fringe theaters and has become a popular skateboarding area. Right across the street from the square is the elevated highway known as “Minhocão.” Though it is busy with car traffic all week, it shuts down every weekend and becomes a leisure spot right in the middle of the city.
