This hotel is up to the standards of an average American hotel. It is very clean, large rooms, with a small fridge, cable TV, and wi-fi. There is a pharmacy right next to the hotel, as well as a bakery and small market place, which can provide you with everything you basically need. There is a dance club at walking...

Positives: 1) gentleman with beard (sorry I don't remember his name) working night shifts. Happy hospitable welcome as I checked in at 1am after a long exhausting flight from Ireland. 2) two ladies working the breakfast shifts each morning. Really happy, nice and welcoming and always checked as they got ready to clear away the buffet if we required anything...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your review. Arco Hotel Piracicaba values the quality of services offered to guests. We are very sorry for this inconsistency with the daily charge on your arrival. Actually, even if the guest arrives after midnight, the daily charge must be made in full, since the apartment was available all day. With regard to cutlery...

Nice and clean room for the money you pay. Modern facilities with good wifi, mini bar, covered parking, excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants, fast food, to Esalq, Cena and Unicamp. I recommend it for anyone on a business trip. Quite and good service.

If you like american style hotels you will like the Arco Hotel. The rooms are clean and ok. Not really big but sufficient. Try to get rooms on the higher floors, tehn you will have a view over Piracicaba. Pool on the top floor is nice ut quite small. Not for swimming lanes. There is a grocery story a 2minutes...

Average hotel. Rooms are very small with no microwave or iron.. Had to help carry a table to room in order to iron. Hot tub had bugs floating in it and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Staff was nice and good location to local bakery with good food and groceries.

I stayed at the Premium side. The Room was clean, with the sterile charm of a hospital. Wifi worked good enough for FaceTime back home. Breakfast is good by US standards, but just OK in Brazil. Staff took care of all needs, but don't expect a greeting or smile when walking past them.

Review in English. Também escrevi em Português logo abaixo. The good thing about this hotel is the room. We've stayed at the premium tower, and the room was spacious and comfortable. And that's all about it. This is clearly a hotel for business travelers, and not for families. I had to stay there with my family due to our move...

I stayed here for a week while on business. The hotel is fairly new and has air conditioning in the rooms -- not all local hotels will have this. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very courteous. There was a good breakfast buffet each morning with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, various breads, cereals and fruit....

This is mainly a business hotel with the weekends filled with out of towners in for an occasion. During this last stay, they have started renovations and it is going well. The restaurant specializes in Peruvian food and it is good. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. WIth the remodeling, they now have a bar and...

Stayed two nights while visiting ESALQ. Comfortable room, decent bed and pillows. Attached restaurant (Sr. Saldanha) was very nice. Excellent salad bar and nicely done steak. I could not connect to the WiFi in my room reliably. If connect and it either wouldn't allow web access or booted me off after minutes. Talking to the desk did not help. They...
