Lovely construction, swiss type, on the top of a hill. Very well maintained, nice retaurant overlooking the valley. Nice and very comfortable rooms, top, top bathrooms. Shower, and bathtub. Covered parking. Great pool. Truth is when you are there, you don't want to leave... Only negative point: it is a bit far from downtown Campos. Ah, and if you can...

Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms with hardwood floors and heated bathroom floor. Great view of the city of Campos Do Jordao from the back rooms. A little strange accessing the top floor accommodations with a mini hall and stairs. Food is outstanding. The building and campus need some major attention, ie: cracked glass in the atrium, flickering lights, worn wood...

Five star hotel it is not. Four at best. If I had the opportunity to give it a 3.5 above for the rating, I would. The good: clean, fantastic views, good food The bad: some places smell musty, staff don't speak English, the quality of important amenities (towels particularly). I was there for 5 days on a business trip. The...

The architecture is overwhelming! It provides an astonishing view of the city, a real feeling of being on top of the world. And facilities are among the best of Brazilian resorts. Restaurant is also good, especially for dinner or on Saturday lunch, with a fantastic "Feijoada". However, room service is good until sunset, then it's a nightmare. Summing up: this...

This hotel's property and view are simply great, and the infrastructure is fine. But that is about it. Service is terrible. We took 40 minutes to check in and 30 minutes to check out. Although I had clearly stated our bedding needs, they simply got it totally wrong. We wanted to get therapy at the Spa, but were told they...

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days on a business trip and felt sorry I didn't have time to enjoy more the facilities. The hotel is located up in the mountain, in a very calm and green area (far from the city center though). It has a beautiful pool, space for sports and trails. The rooms are very spacious,...

This hotel is very nice, located in the middle of the mountain. You have beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. Went there for business meeting, staff has been very helpful, food is great, rooms and bathroom too. Nothing to add.

Regretfully I could not enjoy for long all the facilities, since the purpose of my trip was to attend a Financial Congress . Nevertheless, I could sense it is a very good alternative for someone looking for leisure, almost a resort spot. A good heated pool, specially for kids, two hidro tubs, where one can lay, have a bite or...

I went to this hotel with my wife, my son (6) and my daughter (13). We've gotten a good price with all meals included.  High standard. The price is not cheap but for sure the experience will be worth. Our room was confortable and enough for this quantity of persons. We believe that the view of mountains and valley and...

I went for the weekend, on December, the hotel was quite empty, and the service was great. Lunch was ok but dinner was superb. Breakfast was also really good. Beverages are not included. But the parking is free. It's close to capivary. I'd definitely return
