The apartments are spacious and well appointed. The work area however is badly planned with a shelf above the desk on which to bang your head when you sit down if you do not take care. I eventually found the electric plug which serves the work area in side the wardrobe. Access to internet was also not easy but the...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a business trip. Room was duplex and huge. Bottom floor with desk and additional restroom. Upstairs, the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was clean, but the hotel needs an update to bed, towels and TV. Internet was good. Breakfast ok. It is an alternativw when the other hotels are...

Bad staff. The bidet was removed. Bathroom knob got out in my hand. The balcony was too dirty and was used to store craps of the building. The curtains were too short and they did not cover whole window. Mini refrigerator was too noisy and so it is the sink faucet. The room's access card needed to be reprogrammed every...

There are the 3 legit hotel in Jaragua. Kayros (1) "Now" Mercure (2) and in the crap hole Saint Sebastaon that should move down the list further. Where do we start; The shower doesn't have a soap dish., it has the mounts where one was. The soap dish on the sink is broken, windows in by the elevator don't exist....

stay here for 2 weeks with my husband he was in a business trip. Jaragua do sul is very nice city people is very welcoming and the hotel was not that bad. staff was very good, friendly and best of all some of them spoke English which is a plus in brazil if you have a 0 understanding of Portuguese....
