This was our first time in Gramado and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The special touches, cleanliness, and decorations made our stay here just perfect. The staff is very, very kind and helpful. And the scent throughout the halls in in the rooms was incredible. We will be back in the future. I looked at many hotels online as I planned this trip, so if you are reading reviews and trying to determine if this is the place for you… yes, yes it is. You’ll love it!
I stayed here 8 years ago, and will always remember this place as The Best Hotel EVER!! My husband literally had to drag me away. Best bed I ever slept in, best pillow I ever laid my head on, and best chair in my room to sit in. The champagne when we arrived (we were a group of 10 motorcyclists) and the real whipped cream on strawberry cake for breakfast was just incredible. I would absolutely book this hotel again. Loved it.
It’s the cosiest hotel that I have stayed in my life! The decoration is sweet with country furnitures! They serve breakfast with cakes, fruit, salts etc at 5:00 Pm they prepare a coffe tea with candies, pies! The best thing of The hotel is The view To The Black lake! Its an amazing lake sourended by trees! Ah Its only 2km from The city centre, so you will be near to shops, restaurants, everything!!!
The hotel staff makes all the efforts to guarantee the perfection on our stay. We are clients since 2002 and we have all the perfect memories from each time we’ve been here. Great views, warming atmosphere, elegant decoration...soon we will be back!
This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at Gramado. It is expensive, but you won't find anything to complain about - everything is both charming and new/well-preserved. The breakfast and afternoon tea are particularly appealing. Staff was very courteous. We did everything by foot (there are two very nice restaurants nearby), and even went for a run in the gorgeous park across the street.
Great efforts made to treat guests wonderfully at all times but noisy child running around in reception when trying to sleep late afternoon not very acceptable. Afternoon tea was very limited and poor quite frankly and no offers of real tea rather than fruit tea --- many in the world do not drink fruit tea -- the world drinks real tea and eat dinners off hot plates. The location was superb and the breakfasts were the best range ever offered to me anywhere in the world . The staff had a kind positive cheerful attitude in the kitchen and everywhere else.
Couldn't have asked for a better short break hotel then Hotel Estalagem in Gramado. Staff were attentive, services and facilities were first class, location was amazing and the attention to detail of the hotel itself is one of a kind.
Everything is marvellous from beginning. The decoration is veery cute. Stuff is veery friendly. The room was comfortable and so good smell inside. From the restauranr you can enjoy the biew over the Black Lake. Restaurant povides you with tasty breakfast. During the day they serves really good tea with pastries! (It was a problem for me to find good tea in Brazil). In the evenings you can reassure yourself in the social areas in front of fireplace. I'm super satiisfied. Thanks a lot for perfect weekends! P.S. wi-fi in the rooms is terrible(
My family had the best time in Gramado. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and charming. The staff is wonderful. They go way beyond to make everything great. Breakfast was good. The hotel has the perfect location next to Black Lake.
