The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and traditional. The question I really ask is: why rent a car in Rio???? Are you imagining that Rio is like an American city just in South America and signed in Portuguese?
