Hotel Premier was in the perfect location. It's about 10 meters from the metro station Siqueira Campos. There are many options to dine around the area too. I was walking about at night and had no problems with safety. The staff was very helpful, in which they helped me with all the tours I needed to see Rio. They were...

I travel a lot, and know Rio very well. In this hotel there were NO errors, no complains of any kind. The owner is always there taking care og things. The receptionist Sandro is very competent and kind. Every thing just work. It was a plaisure to stay her. And you have the subway station just in front.

I booked this hotel in the last minute. It was stated 4 star hotel, I was expecting way more for 4 * and for the money! First impression is what counts. We got to Rio very late around 2:30 Am as we were driving from São Paulo. Nobody greeted us, the guy in the reception was annoyed to see us at...

We were in Rio at the height of the Olympics and needed a hotel at the last minute for one night only. Not a lot of choice, and everything was ridiculously expensive. For what we paid for one night, well, it's what i would pay for a pretty swanky place in NYC. Anyway, the cost was what it was for...

Great hotel close to Copacabana beach! Across the street from the metro, a couple blocks to plenty of bus stops and many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast with scrambled eggs, lots of different fruits and many other options. Nice pool area on the roof with view of Christ the redeemer. Although a bit small pool area, we were alone...

Set a few blocks back from the Copacabana Beach, the Premier was an excellent hotel in great location. Ideally set across the road from the Underground station and round the corner from the main bus routes, getting around was easy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was patchy in the rooms but excellent in the reception area....

Staying in Copacabana

Neighborhood Profile
Copacabana
The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs, chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and more live side-by-side. There are options for all price points and tastes. However, the most powerful draw in Copacabana is still the fantastic view of the coast and the incredible beaches.
