Being used to Australian hotels and motels it was a bit of shock to find no coffee making facilities or water supplied, bottled water at a cost. The room was functional and definitely only three star. Cracked glass bricks in the shower, however the staff where helpful and meals supplied were ok.

Don't let your first impression be your guide. From the outside the hotel is in need of a complete make over and it does not look inviting. But, the staff are very professional and friendly and keen to help visitors. Usually, at least one person per shift speaks English. The food is ok, lots of choice at breakfast and in...

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Iguazu Falls on both the Brazillian and Argentinian side. Although the hotel is very basic, it is very comfortable and conveniently situated. The rooms are totally adequate with a "luxury" bathroom with Jaccuzi. The walls are however paper-thin and any noises from the passage or adjoining rooms can be somewhat irritating...

So many things wrong with this hotel. It is the classic case where it represents itself in the best light and when you get there you can't believe how bad it is. The rooms are dreary and sad, like being in a prison cell. The cards are so old they only magnetize for a couple hours and when you can't...

Agree with other reviews; this hotel eerily has signs that it once was a popular family resort but now screams for an update and refurb. The rooms are very basic and wifi only works in reception. For convenience we opted for dinner in the restaurant which was stone silent (no music playing and only a couple of people for the...

The room was nice and spacious and included a safety box. The bathroom was ok, including an outdated but pleasantly hot spa bath. The pool was nice and the location was decent for both town via a cheap cab or bus and the falls. The airport transfer was good and felt much safer than taking a cab or bus at...

The hotel is very outdated and needed a refurbishment already 10 years ago. Wifi is not free. The breakfast is not very fresh, cereals were old and bread was not fresh. The room was old and the airconditioning poorly working. The hotel, however, is quite convinient located near a large shopping mall "HAVAN". It will only cost 10R$ to go...

We stayed in this hotel whilst visiting Iguazu Falls (both sides) and in my opinion it was a little too far away from the Argentina side of the falls. It took just over an hour to get from here to the park (passport control stops included). However, much closer to the Brazilian side of the falls - only 20 minutes...

This is a rather big hotel (over 100 rooms and over 200 seats in the restaurant) with average rates and this brings along a stream of problems since it is very popular with agencies that run mass tourism, loud coach parties and the like. The floor in the aisles is tile and so you can hear the tlec/tlec/tlec of the...
