This resort is huge. A lot of pools with a natural warm water, very relaxing. (very relaxing indeed). The food is ok, nothing exceptional. The only problem is when the place is full. You will not find a calm spot. It´s really close to the fall and to the Argentian border. Not so close to Paraguay.

My two kids and I spent a long weekend at Mabu, and I highly recommend the place for families, with kids of any age (mine are 15 and 10). The three of us had a great time! Since our arrival, the staff was very helpful, more than happy to run any extra mile for us. The breakfast was everything we...

We regularly visit Foz and love to stay at Mabu. The swimming pools are great for the kids and the Kids clubs are great to give us some time off!! The rooms are smart and clean. The food and the service does leave something to be desired. Its a shame that they havent realised the key to being a 5*...

Mabu markets itself as a luxury resort, but we found it fell short in a number of areas. Although virtually the whole hotel was booked for the conference we attended, blaring music was beamed to all areas all day in spite of requests to turn it down. It was impossible to network with other attendees in any part of the...

Rooms with two double beds had lots of space for a family. They had lots of desk space with a fridge but no kettle. The safe was unusual in that you had to collect a lock with a key from reception and it was not large enough for a laptop. We were first given a room overlooking the pools but...

This hotel & Resort is a good place for families. there are many families with young kids so if you plan a couple getaway this might not be the place to visit. I was surprised about the therms, these are actually pools and the water is just lukewarm. they could do a much better job at maintaining and cleaning the...

I just stayed at Mabu Thermas during a 2 day conference. While the pool area is really nice as everyone said, the rooms are very basic (mine was on the first floor between 100-130), but clean. The hot water would run out in the morning (though I didn't experience this at night). Also the shower could definitely use a remodel!...

Very nice hotel. Stayed with a group and enjoyed the stay. Clean room with comfortable beds. Food was very good. We used their kitchen to cook our vegetarian food that was the best part of the stay. Staff was very nice and I would like to recommend to stay with this hotel. I visited Iguazu in 2015 and stayed with...

Well located on the Brazillian side of falls. A large very corporate/conference centre feel to it, but very clean and staff very helpful. Massive swimming pools and other leisure choices (table tennis, pool etc.) so imagine in high season would be very crowded with families. In reception there was a model of what looked like a planned massive extension and...
