My girlfriend and I visited the waterfalls of Igazu last winter and decided this place was a good base for excursions. Unfortunately i's 40 minutes by car away from all the main attractions around the waterfalls and the bus only leaves every two hours and with a usual delay of half an hour. This was all doable, we were on... More

Paudimar is a very good option for couples or groups. They have an amazing space for children to play and apartments have not so big, but confortable rooms. The great advantage was the really good breakfast and the disadvantage was the shower without hot water.

We've stayed there for three days during the "Brazilian Winter" - August 2014 - and had booked a small hut for the two of us. It was really cosy but it took some time to heat up the water and the heating (ventilation). The breakfast was simple (cake, bread roles, butter, marmelade, fruit) but good. Apart from this, the Hostel... More

I was there camping with tents. You have all you need: very clean toilets and showers, hot water, kitchen with all you need. Nice staff. Breakfast, bar.swiminig pool. Special sinks to wash your laundry. Really good place to stay.

We camped here and it's honestly the best campsite I've ever been in. Huge kitchen area with 4 seperate sink / counter sections with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker and oven each. Huge, very very clean bathrooms with plenty of toilets, showers, sinks. Huge laundry area with scrub sinks (4 of them) and lines already set out. Large pool with bar... More

If you're looking for a sociable hostel, great location and friendly staff, don't stay here. The hostel is on the road to the Iguazu Falls from the centre which means you need to get a bus from the centre and then they offer free bus from the road to the hostel. However, this is only at specific times and the... More

Perhaps I arrived in the wrong season or perhaps it's not for young people... It was quiet and slightly creepy as it was much further from the centre than advertised. It's close to the falls and airport but much not else, and the free bus to catch the bus to the centre ends at 7pm so you're stuck there most... More

I've given it a 3 overall but it's touch and go and could have easily been a 2, ultimately I'm comparing it to everywhere else I've stayed in brazil over the last few weeks and it's really lacking. Our room was cold, damp and had copious amounts of mould in the corners. Generally the room was in a poor state... More

We have been camping at Paudimar. The bathrooms, kitchen and public areas were spotless and the staff very friendly. A very good spot to watch the falls from the Brazilian side. If you come on Saturdays and you are planning on camping, ask for a quiet spot since they might have events on Sunday early morning, close to the campsites.
