A great hostel at a great price with a helpful staff! Who could ask for more? The rooms were a good size for a family of 5 - as it was quiet we had a dorm room for 7! The kitchen had everything we needed and it had a pool which kept the kids very happy. Overall a great stay!

It was low season when we visited and the place was a little too quiet, only two other guests and the others were long term volunteers. No bother though, the people there were very friendly and helpful. location is a quiet residential area which felt safe. It's near the international bus terminal for long distance travel, very easy to use Uber. Wifi not too good in the rooms, fine in the common areas. Backyard pool seemed nice, though didn't make use of it. Kitchen facilities adequate. Ensuite bathrooms for the dorms, could've been a bit cleaner but nothing disgusting. Very short walk to the shopping mall with a supermarket , food court and cinema. You can catch buses for the falls or CDE from the main road. When we wanted to buy bus tickets to our next destination, staff rang the bus company for us to check the schedule and the bus tickets were delivered to the hostel for a small fee.

Great location, spacious dorm rooms, great breakdown areas, excellent cooking facilities and so clean. The beds are really comfy, theres 2 breakdown areas inside and then the whole deck area beside the pool outside, loads of space. The staff are brilliant aswell, when we checked in the man at reception arranged our 2 days for us within minutes. was so knowledgeable and helpful. He wrote clear instructions and gave us a map on how to get to the falls too. There’s a big shopping centre nearby with a big supermarket so endless options to cook too! Great place to stay.
