Very quick check-in process compared to some Brazilian hotels! Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Some super bars in the area, in easy walking distance. Decent sized rooms. The only down side are the very hard pillows.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of natural light. Very friendly reception staff and prompt room service. Hotel was clean and the location was perfect. Only slight let down was the small gym but the open air swimming pool made up for it.
Its employees are very resourceful and it offers great views to the Savassi neighbourhood. Also, it's just a few minutes walk to a mall, supermarket and restaurants. The only hitch is the check in time, which starts at 2pm and isn't the norm in Brazil.
