We stayed in the Franklin Grand Suite. The whirlpool was very spacious. We liked the electric fireplace. The breakfast, which was included, was amazing. The owners were very nice, and gave great suggestions for dining. The house was neat and had a lot of character. We would stay there again.

Excellent welcome and hospitality! Excellent breakfast! Quiet atmosphere. So easy to walk to many events in Appleton. Lawrence parents and visitors would find this a very convenient location. Would stay here again!

Great location near lots of local restaurants. I was there for a quick trip but even so I was able to get a flavor for Appleton. Havarti eggs for breakfast were perfect! Recommend the Stone Cellar for great farm to table food and local brews.

One of the most hospitable B&Bs that we've ever stayed in. Very clean, tasty food and best of all great conversation with the hosts, Keith and Lori. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. We will be sure to recommend to all our friends!

My husband and I enjoyed our 6-month anniversary with a weekend stay at the Franklin Street Inn. Communication was great from beginning to end, with no confusion. We were even asked about dietary preferences and would have honored any requests we had (but we eat everything). Our room, the Lawrence Room, had a separate private bathroom down the hall, but...

Second stay at the inn in recent years. Nicely appointed rooms, breakfast well done. Keith and Lori are wonderful, attentive innkeepers. Robes supplied with room. Linens of good quality and comfy. Safety not an issue at the Inn.

The inn is beautiful, elegant and well-maintained, and Keith and Lori were the perfect hosts. There are many nice restaurants in the area, some within walking distance. The room was well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely, relaxing stay.

My daughter and I stayed during a recent college visit. It's a great inn with off-street parking; friendly, helpful owners; comfortable, clean rooms; comfy beds and linens; and within easy walking distance of the college. We had such a nice breakfast and there was coffee on demand right outside our room (can you tell I like my morning coffee?). A...

Had a perfect inn experience in this restored Victorian Inn. Rooms are charming, breakfast fantastic, and the innkeepers warm and inviting. It's also a great place to stay if visiting Lawrence University- just a few blocks away. Highly recommended!

We planned to stay at this B & B just one night following a Green Bay Packer game but extended to a second night in order to explore Appleton! We are glad we did for we enjoyed TWO scrumptious breakfasts prepared by Lori and served by Keith. The cranberry fruit crisp was 'oh, so Wisconsin'. The weather was actually lovely...
