Friendly, inviting and comfortable. Situated 5 minute walk from beach and village centre. Well appointed with pool and bar. Breakfast traditional Brazilian, fruit, tapioca, cheese ham, cakes and bread. After breakfast relax by the pool then out for the day and return to the pool with a cervaja and the heavy discussion of where to go for dinner. Nowhere is...

- Room/bathroom always clean. - Breakfast could be improved if taken inside with AC (really hot outside to drink coffe/tea). - AC is a must and it was working perfectly. - Paraguayan Hammock (hamaca paraguaya) was perfect to read a book

Nice place, a little bit far from the beach. When we arrived the place was in the middle of a blackout, no generator, no water, no solution. Lights came back only next evening. Normal breakfast and bedroom. Could be worse. Could be cheaper. I don't know if I would return if I had the chance.

We spent 4 nights at pousada Maxitalia and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with a small terrace. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The pousada is located at the edge of Jeri, which isn't a problem as the village is quite small. A huge benefit is the nice pool. We definitely recommend this pousada.

Nice and good service. Bedroom very confortable. calm, with own terrace. We would comme back. Very good service with the manager Jay always helpful. Only problem all over Brasil, nobody speaks english or spanish or french. Only portuguese, even in a 4-5-6 star hotel. Amazing and tiring.

We initially booked another pousada only to find when we arrived that it was not in Jeri at all but several kilometres back up the road. Not wanting to face the trip back we found Maxitalia on the internet and booked it about 20mins before turning up on the door. This caused a bit of confusion as the host had...

We stayed here in March 2013, the rooms are spacious, all with a little patio area with a hammock and tables and chairs, the bathroom is also nice. In general our room was clean, but every time we came back from a day out we got hit with this musky smell of wet towels even though the room had been...

I stayed here with my girlfriend in June 2012. We first only wanted to stay for two nights but ended up with 5 nights. Not only because of the hotel but Jeri in general was really relaxing and a great way of finishing a 5 week vacation in Brazil. We ended up in Maxitalia by accident and we did not...
