on a three week trip along the coast side , this was our last stop , we chose for this hotel for the peace ...and it is a very remote hotel ..so if you are looking for excitement this is not the place to be . Everything is well kept but the whole hotel is furnished with an italian style of furniture which would certainly fit in an italian landhouse somewhere outside of Firenze but not in Brazil . We so enjoyed local lifestyle in brazil but missed it completely in this hotel . Rooms , we had a luxe room , was ok with a beautifull view and wel kept . The lady of the house has some temper problem due to a cause i will not mention . But I advice her to keep her temper low while guests in the house . But the staff is so friendly and helpfull I had sometimes pitty with them . For the kiters among you , this is not a spot for beginners ! But in 45 min you can drive to fortim under the lighthouse where water is flat . So bruno marambaia is good for a short stay of 2 days after this you start to get borred . The restaurant serves normal food , which leans to european , but the interiour is old fashioned and again doesn't fit in brazilian way of life .…
A great place ! We stayed here as family for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. Italian style, italian food, brasilian breakfast, perfect management , english speaking staff, gentle, ... We really felt at home in this charming hotel!
We drove for a few hours to get there, sometimes seriously wondering if this hotel actually existed! The location is remote, but the experience was amazing... A room literally on the surf, a five star dinner in a top notch atmosphere. An attention to details that is rarely seen. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive... How can this be, outside of a major city? Our Italian friends (the owners) have risen up to the challenge and pulled it off. Looking for some quiet time with someone you enjoy to be with? Super quiet and muito tranquil. This is a great place to spend a couple of days "off the grid".
We chose this hotel because we needed a short break during our 43-day trip through South America, and it satisfied completely our expectations. As it is situated far from big cities, it is quite and secluded place for calm ocean-side rest (maybe except weekends when a lot of people come from Fortaleza). The hotel is very well decorated, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, with nice balcony and sea view. Breakfasts were reach and tasty, especially deserts, as well as dinners we enjoyed every evening.
After a few wrong turns we did make it to paradise. The service and food were fabulous and the setting could not have been better. It is very secluded so plan to settle in, kite surf out the back door or rent a buggy for a nice tour. They thought of everything here at Bruno's. The internet was spotty but whatever, who needs it . . Our waiter provided the best service we've had anywhere in a very long time. Bring your sleep goggles because there are no blackout curtains but then again the sunrise is awesome from the room. We will be back. Obrigado.
