Our room looked out onto the square. Vintage style decor, impressive old building, with nice small pool to the rear. The breakfast was large, the restaurant food was to a high standard, but wasn't as busy (due to the time of year we suspected). The...More
We loved our stay at Villa Bahia, the decor is very colonial and there are unique pieces of art and furniture everywhere around the hotel. We stayed in a room called Mozambique which was large and comfortable. It is located at the front of the...More

It does have an elevator but there still might be a few steps involved depending on the room. Also, the street in front of the hotel is pedestrian (as are many parts of the old area) and you must walk a short block to the entrance. Bring good walking shoes as the streets are cobblestone. boa viagem!
