The Hotel is very beautiful, well cared and clean! The room where we stayed with the family are large and clean, but very simple! No luxuries! The food is well done! The all inclusive system works very well and you can eat and drink all you want! Thera are a plenty variety of drinks and beers! The Beach Club is fantastic! We have some problems with the accommodations, but the front desk and the software YAGO solve these problems without delay! All the staff are very simphatetic and interact friendly with guests! The pools are fantastic! Children have a lot of fun with the recreational team!!! We surely come back soon!
I have spend 5 nights at La Torre with my family. It was wonderful experience. Resort is in great location between Porto Seguro center and Coroa Vermelha. It offers great all inclusive amenities. Accommodations are although on the simple side very clean and comfortable. My kids were kept very busy and entertain by great staff of kids club. Adjacent beach is very short walk and offers crossing guard to help with crossing the road. Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful, though it was difficult to communicate in English. We are already missing this place, definitely will be back and recommend to anybody.
Initially we had a not so good impression of this hotel, it appeared to be crowded, but after a few days we were able to see that the staff was doing everything according to safety protocols related to covid. I have to congratulate the staff, every single person was polite, despite having to work with mask and plastic gloves on the sun. They are the true heroes here. The resort is huge, with several pools and bars, all in different places of the hotel. They have a good variety of food and drinks were according to what they mentioned on the reservation. Despite some bad reviews, everything went really well, we did not had problems.
It s all about experiences and expectations. If i had never been at punta cana or aruba i would have said this is amazing. However the beach its not that wonderful. Temperature of the water is warm and perfect but the sea color and the sand are not that level. However it is more than a Nice beach. The hotel is really confortable. The staff is alwats giving their best to give you good moments and pleasure The food is really good and there is a kit of varíety. I was expecting more fish and sea food I booked for a familiar room. I have two little kids. We recieved a room with a staircase in the middle. Fortunately the reacted to our complaib and we were moved very fast. However those things should be planned before and better. The hotel is really clean and well preserved. Drinks are delicious. The only unacceptable point is water. The hotel does not provide mineral bottled water. They provide water pueifiers but it tastes terrible and its warm. Not aceptable for this level of hotels Lot of entertainment for kids and teens Excelent weather. Almost no rains. Incredibles nights full of stars The value for money is good and i would come Back to have a New experience. …
I selected La Torre to stay for the New Year's celebration and it was great. The attention to details was tremendous and the quality of the food was extremely good. The party took place in the garden, with high-quality dance and music performances. Michael Jackson cover was amazing, Madonna was a bit thin to me. During the day there is a full-time staff holding the traffic for guests to cross the road, as the hotel is situated on the other side of the road. Every staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always genuinely smiling. Entertainment at the swimming pool was good. There was a capoeira show by the pool that was amazing. Meals, in general, are tasty and well presented. I do recommend.
Good, but looses in quality during the brazilian high Season. Beach is Great, food ok, nothing special, more fruits could help. Really bad are the bathrooms, need renovation immediatelly. Very friendly hotel staff. It was a nice stay with wife and small child. I don‘t think I will visit the resort again.
We went on our honeymoon. The facilities are great, food is nice and the bevereages are excellent. People there are really nice and always at your services. Pools are great and the rooms are great too. Highly recommended.
Good alternative for a beach holiday with the family. Decent facilities, relaxed but friendly and efficient service, good food and coveniently located close to the beach. I must this "all inclusive" is not the right proposal for me, but it worked well. Quite a few things to improve, such as the main restaurant, where some speed in cleaning up the tables would be much appreciated. The offer of activities is rather poor for a resort and specially, the sport offering, although I am afraid this place is not the right one for someone interested in exercise! I have never seen so many overweight people in my life! Staying at the villas is a good option to have some privacy and tranquility. I would like to highlight the "a la carte" restaurant. Good menu.
Most of the staff are very friendly. Standard room is not really comfortable for a couple with a baby. Internet should be upgraded, since the signal is awful. Not all the bars have fresh juice or coconut water (what is kindda absurd in Bahia). Coconut water with a terrible taste, like it´s old or something. We went on April and the beach was closed due to stingrays (no one talks about it, but it is very common there). The food is average. Since I was in Bahia I was expecting at least one dish per day to be very local with local taste. The swimming pools are ok, but the adult activities should happen more often. For babies, only a small room. I don´t think it deserves to be called resort, and I think it was overpriced.
We stayed at Topazio village, a really calm place to stay if you are planning to have relaxed vacations. Service at La Torre is just 10 points, from entertainment, to the beach club. The staff is always ready to help.
