    Weekend with friends
    Visited with a group of friends. The rooms were ok. In one of the rooms the water didnt run in the showers. Breakfast was mediocre. Not alot of variety. It seems that it is abit of a letdown. Rooms could use a bit of refresh.

    WHEN IN BANJA LUKA BEST TO STAY IN FORTUNA HOTEL!
    Fortuna has is ups and downs.Let me start with the pools, which are the heart of Fortuna. Was traveling with my daughter 3.5 years old. She absolutley loved the pools and so did i. Indoor is with salt water in the mornigs we was completly alone in the pool so we could jump and play with ball it was lot of fun. And they have indoor play ground which she loved aswell. And i had a moment to enjoy while she played on it in the evening :) Restaurants, are good aswell ,better to eat down stairs at pools becasue its cheaper and faster then restaurant above the pool keep that in mind. Staff is nice but they allways try to inforce some rules or what not well we didnt follow any of the rules and they was ok with it :) Cleaning ladies was bit off thou didnt come to clean our room once in 3 nights stay. And jacuzzi in the room didnt have a way to stop and collect water in it. it was missing the thing to stop water so it wqs usless. All in all thou we had a banging time there will be back for sure

    Great relaxation
    Hotel is not near the downtown centre. But had a lot of things to do. great indoor pool with sauna you can use. The hotel have wellness centre with all the equipement to use. The service is good. The room is good. The food is not very good.

Never again
Terrible service, rooms and especially bathroom not clean, sink leaking water, bed falling apart. Wifi available only on corridor and outside the hotel building. Run out as soon as I could, regrets for staying in this hotel.
