The room was very shabby. A strong sewer gas odor emanated from the bathroom and permeated the bedroom. The bedside lamp did not work. This otel looks fine from the outside and lobby. The room was not at all nice. The hotel is in a good location. There are much better hotels at good prices in Shkoder,

Overall, the hotel met my expectations for a budget hotel. I stayed for one night. The staff was friendly, the bed and room was clean and the restaurant had good food. The only potential negatives were early evening the electricity went out for a few hours and the hotel is about a mile from the center of town.

Bed OK, air conditioning not obvious so I opened the window therefore noisy, bathroom in need to repair, breakfast much as one would expect in this type of hotel, but bizarrely one is not allowed to eat it outside on the terrace. I didn't book it myself so no idea if it was value for money.

Considering the price it is a very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The air-conditioning worked fine. The hotel is easy to find and has a private parking lot. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The breakfast, included, is frugal and do not include coffee, only tea or milk. The hotel has...
