I don't know if it is because I'm Albanian myself, but I surely didn't get the treatment as described by some other reviewers. They already knew I was coming here as a family member of mine booked here for me. They were welcoming and I could check in immediately and paid at checkout. I enjoyed the room, the pool was...

Hotel located about 400 m from the beach. There is a lift but at first you have to conquer several steps. :-) Rooms are rather large and have all necessary things and ferniture. Air condition accepts temperature minimum 18 degrees. Bathroom, not large, modern with shower, hair dryer and too narrow. Water flows on the floor even when you want...

Hotel is situated in ksamil area. Looked nice from pictures posted but when we got there it was very different . We drove to ksamil and hotel is around all dirt roads so dust everywhere. The whole area is very dusty. The management treats hotel like a prison. They have many fines to list. Payment must be made in advance...

Do not visit here. It will ruin your holiday! Rules and charges not fit for a hotel like this €10 fine if you take a drink to your room but don't worry there are many more fines to keep you out of pocket they also take your passports and expect money upfront. If you don't pay you fine then say...

The hotel building is in good shape and it should normaly receive high grades but unfortunarly it's being runned by a totaly incompetent owner and his manager. These guys has no knowledge of what service stands for and they are even admitting it themselves saying there easteuropean...

We stayed there between 31 July - 04 August 2014. Rooms are clean and good. They have a pool but i believe you dont prefer, because it is too small. But beach is only 5-10 minutes by walking. It is a reasonable distance because in Albania public toilets are big problem, you can not find any near by beach. Breakfast...

I was there last year and I plan to go again because I spend some great time there. Maybe the Ksamil it's not a perfect place but beaches and restoarants on the side are great and cheap. Walking from hotel to the beach it takes 5 min and also you can select different places for sweaming. One word : GREAT

I really dislike the fact the so-called city of Ksamil has been totally ruined from the abusive, not-planned urban developments of the so-called pluralism years in Albania. 10 years ago nature was still predominant in this area, while now it's only ugly buildings here and there, some of which have been ruined from the local government, that is pretending to...

“Always take the rooms with balkony, because they are bigger and from the balcony you can see some sea. I had a room with no balcony and I was looking at the ugly urban developments of Ksamil.”
