We had simply the best stay. However, I think there are small areas of improvement. Let's start from the beginning. 1. Amazing staff and everyone who works in this hotel. Super friendly and welcoming. Like all of them go the extra mile to give you the best service. 2. Super clean - spotless rooms and hotel in general. This is joined with the topic above. Housekeepers did their job amazingly. I always judge hotels by bathrooms and damn they were clean. 3. Cool private beach and chill. Usually in Albania, you have to pay for sunbeds but as you're the guest you get it for free. 4. View from the side room was wow. Overlooking Corfu in the evening it was super nice to chill on the balcony. Small feedback from our side. 1. Breakfast was good but it needs a bit of pump up for 4 a star hotel. Every day for 7 days it was 100% the same food. It would be nice to pump it up slightly as the rest of things are up to the standard. 2. Sounds silly but important. The pillows in the room are super thin and hard. I had to sleep on a green decor pillow only because my neck was falling apart. It's a preference of each individual but would be nice to have one fluffy pillow or at least two. Overall amazing experience for the price and an amazing stay. We loved it and will recommend it to our friends.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but it felt very short to what was expected. Clumsy check-in with only one girl attending at the highest peek of turn-overs, and also a bit rude due to the pressure. 45 Minutes later her responsible came in and it was even worse. The hotel looks very high-end but then reality sets in... The room doors don't close tightly so you ear every little thing going on ... hair dryers, babies crying, showers, you name it. Not a good breakfast, almost like a school cafeteria. A bit far from the center of Sarandé but for us that was OK. Small but pretty pebble beach, with too much sunbeds. Parking included which is good.

I stayed at this hotel for about 8 days with my family, impeccable service, super friendly staff, cleaning ladies, receptionists, room service, everyone was helpful and so patient with our children! The hotel is literally 2 steps from the sea, the beach is actually not sandy but has pebbles, but with some rock shoes the problem was solved. All wonderfully and surprisingly delicious and great staff! Highly recommended.

This was the final stop on our trip around Albania, we arrived around 1ish in the afternoon, a man came to help us with the bag and got us to reception (this was Erind we later found out) the check in was smooth and we got into our room it was large and spacious, we had a triple room with a sea view, it came with a balcony and it was nice, the air con is a little old but gets the room cold enough, it was slightly dated, but the beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice, good water pressure was good but the shower was quite low (I’m 5’11 and couldn’t quite fit under it) the balcony was massive and perfect for sitting out pre going out on an evening, the tv was good and you could log into your own netflix which is a nice comfort! We unpacked and headed down to the beach, there are cabana’s for an extra cost which we got the next the next day for my birthday, there is a 20% discount for hotel guests so cost 2800 LEK for the day, it was lovely, otherwise there are tons of free sun beds for hotel guests and hotel staff always walking around willing to help, the sun beds were very comfy as well and the wifi from the hotel reaches down to the beach! The first night we went out into Sarande for dinner and had a lovely time, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to the main strip but was worth it. On the day of my birthday (8th July) we were brought a complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of Prosecco to the room when we got back from the beach, this was a lovely touch as the fruit is amazing! We had dinner in the hotel and had booked a table with Erind who reserved us the ‘best table’ all of his service was utterly superb, he was attentive, kind and made it a truly wonderful experience, he had remembered us from the day and served us personally all evening, honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The next day we did a beach trip with a company just outside the hotel, this was a private boat tour, they don’t do the big group ones for anyone wishing to do one, but the pick and drop off was great and we arranged our airport transfer through the same company. On our final morning we came downstairs and Erind greeted us in the morning having remembered us, he helped take our suitcase to reception to check out, we then came back to the restaurant as our pick up wasn’t yet and he gave us complimentary water and coffee, he was lovely and would be a main reason for coming back to this hotel, he deserves all the praise for his amazing service. Overall I would come and stay here again, good value for money. The food at this hotel is also amazing. You must have the chips and the bruschetta, we had lunch here a few times and dinner once, all of it was superb, definitely worth a trip for dinner as well, and they do cocktails but there’s no menu, so you just have to ask!

Our hotel was nearby so we wanted to try the restaurant at the Apollon for a change of pace. Actually the food, what we got to rate of it, was decent and it’s a nice outdoor venue over looking the ocean if you can get a table by the sea. The service was interesting. The waiter only spoke Albanian with very little English so much got lost in translation. I ordered a cocktail of vodka and soda with lemon. I got a lemon soda and no vodka 😂 I figured to just stay with it instead of trying to change anything. We had a mixed salad which was a tomato and cucumber. Not a typical mixed salad but typical tomato salad in Albania. It’s very good, they have the best tomatoes here. We also had a margarita pizza which was a basically just a thin crust cheese pizza. It was fine but basic. We also ordered filet of beef with arugula salad. FYI it is always cooked well done and even when we say medium rare u will get well done beef in Albania 😳. It was just okay. We ordered olives which one has to when visiting Albania and Greece. The main problem was that it usually never rains but this night we had an unexpected deluge of rain with heavy thunder and lightening and wind gusts were crazy so we moved into this little cafeteria area with some of our food that could be salvaged. The pizza was wet but we ate it. The move caused some of our food/drinks to be lost by the waiter, and haste of the moment when he took our items back to the kitchen by mistake instead of to our inside table. Oh well. Not much we can do. He apologized for such an inconvenience because it really was an incredible one. It rain led on us and our food. 😂 We didn’t have coffee or desert and got the check and left when the rain let up. Even though we couldn’t eat much of what we ordered because it was moved away or wet ….the price was the same! 😂 oh well. So for that I don’t think I’d be back. They should have at least offered a coffee and desert or taken the items off the bill that they took away but it was a crazy night so we left a decent tip anyhow. Not their fault and very unexpected.

We loved our stay here. Our room had the most wonderful seaview, I just couldn’t stop looking. Other than that: clean rooms, very nice staff, good food and a nice beach. We wanted to visit the Blue Eye in the beginning of our trip but it was closed because of constructions. The receptionist personally came to tell us that the Blue Eye had been reopened - if she hadn’t done that we would have missed it. We recommend this hotel very much!
