Don’t book breakfast is cold fried eggs beds are like iron we booked (walk in ) for 8 nights my daughter got food poisoning from the calamari and they refused to refund the last 3 nights to let us leave the bathroom smelt of drains it is in a beautiful setting but the attitude has ruined the holiday

Hotel clean, new, with nice location. That all good. All option is joke! Food is AWFL!!! Cold, tasteless, nothing to choose. Itaka travel agency don't have resident here in Saranda. They didn't inform us about it when we booked trip. All bar serve cola, Fanta, beer and vodka. No coffee, no tea, no water!!! Water in only in mean restaurant where you must walk long way. Tea and coffee is only for breakfast. Staff don't speak English. Even in reception! In reception don't know even when are meals hours. Nothing. For every question you will get answer: I don't know!

My parents, my sister and I stayed at Andon Lapa Suites for 6 nights. The hotel location and the view of our suite was perfect. I must say that we had a great experience, and everything was excellent. Our suite was comfortable and immaculate. The staff was amazing and we felt very privileged. Altini, one of the waiters was very professional and respectful. Housekeeping was very good and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to this fantastic hotel and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Nesila and Bianca.

The hotel location is perfect while its infrastructure is one of the best in Saranda...However, the sezlongs in the beach were VERY dirty and the experience from the customer service was below expectations..This is definitely hotel management responsibility and it is pity for such beautiful place..The hotel was not overcrowded due to covid19 consequences so I cant imagine why they are neglecting the basic hygiene rules and keeping such approach towards service..Despite the mess in the common areas, the rooms were clean and the view from the room was astonishing!

Very beautiful Hotel, only a few minutes from city center and it's is located in a quiet area of Saranda. Supermarket very close (1 Min.). We had a great room with sea view and it was verycä clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay a lot! The private beach was wonderful, including sunbeds and parasols. The water was just perfect, very clear and blue. Also the breakfast buffet was very delicious and the food was tasty. We can highly recommend it and would come again. Thanks a lot for the great stay!

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated with all luxury comforts. I fully recommend the beach bar, main bar and longue bar. The pool area was my favorite place. Amazing restaurant with unique view and the food was so tasty. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety of choices. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help and accommodate.

We had a suite sea front. Nice, room, great people. clean. would be back for sure. I booked 4 rooms with our friends and all of us didn't have any complaint. breakfast was good, they have beautiful small private beach too.

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. We stayed in tow bedroom suite. In our room for four adult there was only tow toothbrush mug and only tow tee cups and on the twin bed there was only one sheet for blanket. Other than that room was very nice and the view was great. Staff was was overall very nice and helpful although most of them didn´t speak English other than one or tow words. Communicating with them was a bit frustrating at times, but we ended up just going with what we got. The biggest minus still was the very loud music. There was a band every other night and every night on weekends at the restaurant. They played from 20.00 to 24.00. Our room was on the fourth floor and even with all doors and windows shut it was like the band was in our room playing. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The music itself was not that bad and I actually enjoyed it at first time, but the other times it started to get annoying not sleeping and not getting away from it. Hotels beach was ok, lot of sun chairs to choose from. Breakfast was pretty basic, most mornings it just wasn´t ready at eight am.…

We stayed in suite 502, top floor. A bit of hard beds, but clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was enormous, which fitted three sunbeds and a lounge set (and still had plenty of space.) We had lunch two days at the hotel restaurant, can strongly recomend "Karamele". Watering pasta with lovely sauce and shrimps. Breakfast OK. The pool and the beach was relaxing, lots of sunbeds. Be aware that it get's really deep really fast at the beach, maybe not suitable for kids? Something outrageous though which is why I just simply can't put 5 star and is actually so bad that if the rest hadn't been surperb I would've lower my rating to 2 or a weak 3. For 24hrs our wifi didn't work. No harm in that, but when we told the reception the first anser was "it works for us". I told them we live on the 5th floor and it doesn't work up there. They answered "maybe you have to re-start all of your phones". Kindly, I told her we had done so. Then she says "THERE CAN'T BE A PROBLEM, NO ONE ELSE HAVE COMPLAINED". I've been working with service my whole life and I wanted to ask her how many people have to complain for a problem to exist? Instead, I camly told her that then we apparently were the firsts and she said she would call someone. When we got back that evening, the problem had been fixed. They had simply re-started their router............ Overall service: Restaurant - excellent Poolbar - excellent Reception - poor A shoutout to Eva who checked us out tho. She was wonderful. Compaired to the others she was happy, fun, smiling and very service-minded. All cred to her who made sure our last impression of the hotel was good.…
