Many people will ask why convenient location - The reason is that the Concorde is distant about 850 Yen or 7,50 US dollar by taxi from Hamamatsu Train Station. Imagine yourself carrying 1 or 2 suitcases crossing the street and trying to reach the Okura hotel or other located near by the station - it is quite stressing. If you...

After reading some of the older reviews, we approached our month-long stay with a little trepidation. We couldn't have been more wrong! The hotel is very good quality, with excellent reception staff. The rooms aren't huge, but plenty big enough for a business stay. The only downside of the rooms is that they're not over-burdened with storage space. There's only...

The hotel is bit far away from Hamamatsu Station. Hotel to Station is about 10mins with roughly 1000 yen to spend. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and provide self-laundry on 4th floor. This is quite good specially for traveller like me. I use the washing machine and drying machine. I paid 100yen for the Soap (you can get it...

Location-wise, it was okay. I could see the castle from my window and walk to various tourist sites. But I was extremely disappointed in the hotel itself. The room was filthy and furniture worn and old. Even the sofas in the lobby were dirty. For the 13,000JPY I expected something a little nicer. Granted it is unfair for me to...

At the time this was the only hotel I could get in Hamamatsu. It was the Hamamatsu Festival and many people were there for the nightly street parades. Convenience stores were close by as was the castle. Not the cheapest rooms, but adequate and very clean. No breakfast provided which was poor considering room rate, there were restaurants and a...

This looks to be a great hotel; the lobby is very luxurious and the general air is excellent. But the rooms are tired and small and suffer in comparison to a Comfort Hotel, a typical Japanese business hotel. The prices are double what I would expect for such a hotel. Breakfast is fine, but no better than average, despite the...

As we were moving from the area, we needed a place to stay for a few nights as we packed our apartment. This hotel was close by and always looked nice, so we decided to try it. The lobby was very nice and the service at the desk was good. The price we paid was pretty much what I would...

Fairly big and comfortable rooms, although very basic. The window only opens a crack (safety?), and the AC temperature can't be changed. The minibar is just an empty fridge, and surprisingly, in much the same way as cheaper Japanese hotels, if you want coffee in your room, better prepare ahead - they only put tea in the room (no sugar),...
