I will start by saying the majority of staff is very nice and the casino is very clean, all wear masks and it is non smoking. They practice social distancing and do temperature checks at entrance and scan ids of anyone who enters. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and the staff came by to see if we needed extra items and delivered everything we asked for in the room. Housekeeping was great and rooms were very clean. Recommend the patio room if you can get one. I’m a Platinum member of the casino. Here is my complaint about the casinos treatment of the top tier members . They did comp a basic room. This is a Plus! However they charge you for an upgrade to a patio room. When I asked the front desk about comping the upgrade fee after playing a large amount of slots there; I was told i would have to find a casino host on the floor?? At other casinos they would have put you in contact with the casino host. The benefits of a Platinum membership say you get late check out. This is non existent and I called the front desk to see if they would extend to noon as I wanted to order breakfast. Told they could not honor the late check out and the place was empty that morning and it was a Monday. We had to check out at 11am and packed up our car. My point is that the resort is discouraging its guests from spending and they are minimizing top tier benefits. Also not real sure if the card was tracking all the slot bets as earned points seemed to be very low. Other casinos in the area honor a late check out and comp more slot play and food. Angels of the Wind should treat their consistent players better. The benefits seem tight and there seems to be little recognition of their high tier members. I will think twice before staying there again.

I really like your casino quite a bit. I just wish I lived closer. The good: 1) The location in the trees instead of next to I-5. 2) The casino it is not all glitzy and glammy like the Seattle casinos. 3) The hotel is really nice clean and comfy. I like the showers. 4) The food/buffet/brewery/brunches are great and the staff at these restaurants appear to enjoy themselves. I hate to give you 4 stars, but here is why. Improvements: 1) My rewards card points expire when I don't go there often enough. Because of the COVID closure, why not "hold over" everyone's points until the end of the year. Be better than the other casinos in the area. 2) Gas "rewards prices" are extremely skimpy. Come on now...REWARD me for coming all the way up from south King County. I had accumulated gobs of points after this recent stay, so it should have been lower. 3) The room rate for a Tuesday during COVID was more expensive than pre COVID even with my card discount. Was It because you zeroed out my large amount of points I accumulated or did you need to make up for the time you were closed? 4) Please bring back Wonder Woman, Wheel, Willy Wonka and other iconic TV/Movie slots I love those best. Probably nitpicking, on the "improvements" but I just don't want you to get too big for your britches. I like that you act and feel like a little casino in the woods. Don't lose that or you lose your customers. I will be back though. It's a fun place.

Recent experience means we will never stop in ever again. We travel in our RV a lot up and down I-5, many times previously stopping in to lose a few hundred dollars or more. We have stayed in the hotel several times, we have dined there many times, we have previously RV' in the old RV spaces on the north side. You were our favorite casino, and we were excited to stop in on a recent trip with our RV. I parked way out in the South lot, not a soul parked near us within 200 yards, and having seen the parking lot packed previously, I know you were not busy at all. I parked where I had been told to previously by security staff. We had a great lunch, staff was friendly, it was shaping up to be a fun day. Withing 20 minutes of the starting play, as I was sitting at Solar Disc near the bowling alley, waiting for about 10 minutes for a technician to come by because the machine froze on my and I was unable to retrieve my money. A gentleman walks up to me and asks about my identity. I said yes, I am the guy your asking about. He then told me I had to leave. I asked why, he said because I parked my RV in the lot and it was not allowed. I stated that I had parked there many times before, even when you were busy. I asked why? He said unless I had hotel reservations, I could not park there. I was really pissed, we hadn't even began to enjoy our visit. I said you must be doing really f'ing well to be turning away customers because of an RV parking issue. I was so angry I shredded my players card right there as I was still waiting for a technician to come release my money from the machine. You would have though I robbed you guys the way we got the bum rush out of there! You were our favorite and with the new "Total" non-smoking policy, it was only getting better. Not now, I am done. Your attitude with regard to RV parking is total bullpucky. If you could offer a plausible explanation it may be nice if you explained this to your guests. I received no such explanation or suggested alternatives. I have never had an issue with any other casino parking my RV. They are more than happy to have me spend my dollars in their facilities. So long. P.S. i tried to leave feedback on their website, but it kept on kicking it back because it had "blacklisted words". Unfortunately it doesn't tell you what words are blacklisted or highlight the ones it didn't like. After changing every possible word i could imagine, it still would not accept the comments. I am left to believe they put he entire dictionary in their since i couldn't get to to work after many rewrites!

Great getaway weekend for me and my wife! Comfortable bed, quiet and friendly. Food was great at the 210 Brewing co. Very clean restrooms. Every time I visited one, someone was cleaning it. With all the Covid concerns, the staff was doing a great job making sure people stayed masked up. While they can't control every single person, I felt they did what they could to establish social distancing. The one disappointing thing I have to say is that the cheesecake from Katie's Kitchen was not good at all and we ended up throwing it away. I hope this can stay a non smoking casino! I loved that about Angel Of The Winds! So nice not smelling like a dirty ashtray after having a fun night with the wife! James

Have been here several times.. Have stayed in hotel several times as well. Rooms are nice. Love the shower. If you use your players card they will send you free room offers. Was up to play this past weekend after not being the casino since the quarantine started. Easy process to get in. No texting was required for the que to get in. Loved that there was no smoking in casino. I hit 2 jackpots that night. Both within 2 hours of each other. Couldn't believe it. I saw numerous other jackpots as well. I agree w the other comments about the annoying jackpot announcement. Its highly annoying!!! Would we nicer if they maybe just announced some jackpots at the top of every hour vs every few minutes.
