So friendly! Clean and well maintained. So much homier than a chain. The coffee was awesome and the office staff was outstanding. Will definitely stay there every time I'm on the island. You can tell the owners care - unlike big chain hotels.

Definitely not recommended. Not worth $70. Dirty room with a nasty smell. Beds were old. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was gross. Walls very thin. It seemed like they put flat screens in the rooms and called it good. Save your money and go somewhere else!

After fleeing from 1 night at a different motel that should be condemned and raided by DEA, this was like arriving to the TajMahal! If you're looking for a quick pit stop overnight while waiting for the ferry, it's perfect.

Listed on the little piece of paper they hand you on check-in: Breakfast is 7-9 AM daily. I stayed there this past weekend.

Highly unlikely. This is a small mom and pop with no standards. I wouldn't recommend a child be taken here.
