Stayed here for one night (june 16th) with my wife and two daughters age 13 and 10. We are irish. The weather was awful really heavy rain but it didnt matter. We done a hike up to the lodge had a drink sitting at the fire and done the long hike back which took a good hour coming back. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It was so nice to come back to a spotless clean room. The rooms have everything u might need. We ordered from the salmon inn for dinner (take away only) and had breakfast the next morning up the hill at the internet cafe. Girls said the pancakes their were the best they ever had. Thanks so much Angela for all your tips and your kindess. Their is a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere at your inn We really hope we get to come back some day and maybe get better…
Located by the Quinault River and a short drive to the Lake Quinault Lodge, the Quinault River Inn is a comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully kept place to stay when visiting southern Olympic National Park. The contactless check in was seamless. They email all the information you would need for the stay, including hours of nearby places to eat. The covered porch with tables and chairs was great for dining al fresco with river views. Particularly appreciated the binder of information in the room with information on food and hiking options. The rooms also feature art by local and Native artists. The Inn is also a 15 minute drive to the ranger station on the north side of the lake, with trails for the rainforest. Lovely place with nice people. Good value. A winner!
The room was clean and comfortable, loved the attention to detail and the extra touches that really made this place special! The property is peaceful and lovely. The management gave us excellent suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Had a wonderful stay and are recommending to friends.
My girlfriend and I spent a night here during our journey through Olympic National Park and we both loved it. The place is tucked away along the Quinault River right at the foot of Lake Quinault. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. Check-in/out was virtual and seamless. Beautiful views of the Quinault River valley right outside your window and just a minute from S Shore Drive and all the beautiful views/trails Lake Quinault has to offer. For a fraction of the price of the Lake Quinault Lodge, we had a very comfortable place to stay that was right at the heart of everything there is to do there. Would absolutely stay here again!
2 night stay was super comfortable and clean. Loved the multi purpose mugs provided, the Pod coffee and TV for watching the Sounders. Missed having a proper chair to put my shoes on but I managed. Location on the Quinault River is spectacular.
We decided to stay here while in the area for a photography trip. It was a great central location and an amazing place. The views were amazing and the deck with tables a nice addition. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the fridge and coffee maker. In a room by the office was a microwave and a few other things to make your stay nice. Though we didn't use it there was a fitness room available. We had mentioned we were on an anniversary trip and a few little surprises were in our room when we checked in. We will definately stay here again if in the area.
We really enjoyed out stay at the Quinault River Inn. We stayed for a couple of nights to explore Lake Quinault, the Hoh Rainforest, and beaches from Kalaloch to La Push. Contactless check-in was seamless, the room had thoughtful details (hair dryer, wine glasses, plenty of towels) and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We followed their recommendation to try the Salmon House for take out and it was delicious! It's in a lovely spot overlooking the water. It was a bit chilly for us to sit outside on the porch in February, but I'm sure it would be great in the spring / summer months!
Contactless check-in, clean, good mattress and linens, good shower head and water pressure (very important), great location if you are visiting the Hoh rainforest or fishing. Food options in the area are limited...don't expect world-class dining at any of the 3 close restaurants.
We took a last minute trip to the area and were very happy with our stay at the QRI. Clean room beautifully situated right on the Quinnault River. The staff were friendly. We’d gladly stay there again.
The host was very welcoming and gave us helpful advise of which trails to hike. Parking spaces were good, plenty of space around us and picnic tables on grass and power and water worked well. We did not go inside rooms. Colors on the trails were fantastic..
